FA Cup third round: 10 talking points from the weekend's football

omg what's up with chelsea beating charlton like 4 years ago & still can't beat them in the cup 🤔...and omg emi buendía is a genius on the pitch! 😲 i wonder how many chances did he create for his teammates tho? 🤓 and grimsby advancing to the next round is crazy! how's their team been doing all season? 💪

I gotta say, I'm loving this underdog story with Aston Villa 🙌! They totally pulled off that win against Tottenham - it's not every day you see 'em beating the likes of Spurs at home 😂. Emi Buendía is like a superstar, his skills on the field are insane 💥. And Grimsby, who would've thought they'd be knocking out a team from the Championship? 🤯 The FA Cup is all about upsets and surprises, and it's got me excited for the rest of the tournament! Chelsea dominating Charlton was expected, but I love seeing them break their win drought - now they're on a roll 💪. Nottingham Forest was a close one against Wrexham, but I'm stoked they made it through in penalties 🎯. This FA Cup is shaping up to be an amazing ride 😃!

I don't get why people are hyped about Chelsea's win 🤔. I mean, it's not like they actually played that well against Charlton. They just dominated the game, which is kinda boring to watch if you ask me 😴. And yeah, Aston Villa got lucky with their 2-1 win over Tottenham... Emi Buendía must be having a crazy good season or something 🤷‍♂️. But seriously, have you seen Grimsby's squad? They're like the ultimate underdogs! I love how they came from behind to beat Weston-super-Mare in their FA Cup tie 💪. And can we talk about Nottingham Forest for a sec? They were supposed to get creamed by Wrexham, but instead, it went to penalties and Forest still won 🤷‍♂️... like what even is that? 😂

omg what's going on with chelsea they're finally back to their old selves 🤩 after that 2018 loss to charlton they must've worked hard on their squad or something emi buendía is a beast tho 🦸‍♂️ love how aston villa pulled off that surprise win against spurs tottenham's always been tough for them 😅 and grimsby beating weston-super-mare in the fa cup is insane they deserve a trophy 🏆 not sure what to make of nottingham forest vs wrexham though 3-3 on pens is wild did they really need to go to penalties tho?

I don’t usually comment but... it’s crazy how Aston Villa managed to beat Tottenham like that 🤯! I mean, Spurs have been doing alright this season, but Villa just came out on top and stole the show. Emi Buendía is definitely a player to watch – he's got some serious skills on the field 💪. And Grimsby getting to the next round of the FA Cup is a huge deal for them too 🎉! It's always exciting to see underdog teams do well against all odds. Chelsea beating Charlton wasn’t that surprising, but it’s still a win and they're moving forward ⚽️.

I'm not surprised Aston Villa managed to take down Tottenham 🤔. They've been playing some solid football lately and their squad depth is looking pretty impressive. Emi Buendía is having a breakout season for sure! 💥 But, on the other hand, I do think Chelsea's win against Charlton was a bit of an overreaction 🙄. I mean, 5-1? That's just not typical Chelsea form... they've been all over the place this season. And what's up with Grimsby and Weston-super-Mare? They're like the ultimate David vs Goliath story 😂. Anyway, can't wait to see how these teams fare in the next round! ⚽
