The Chocolate Expo brings 100 vendors and nostalgic TV stars to Edison

The Chocolate Expo is returning to Edison's New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center this weekend, bringing a sweet treat for foodies and families alike. Over 100 vendors will be setting up shop on March 7th and 8th, offering an assortment of artisanal chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, cheeses, wines, truffles, fudge, chocolate-covered fruit, and bean-to-bar creations.

To satisfy any sweet tooth, attendees can also look forward to savory snacks and specialty drinks. But the Expo won't just be about indulging in delicious treats - it'll also feature celebrity guests making appearances. Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo from the classic 80s sitcom "The Wonder Years" will lead a panel discussion at 1 pm each day, while Julie Dawn Cole, Paris Themmen, and Rusty Goffe from the original "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" will join forces for a 2 pm discussion.

Kids won't be left out of the fun - family-friendly activities include face painting, balloon twisting, a scavenger hunt, and live demonstrations. To add to the whimsy, balloon artist Robbie Furman will create sculptures inspired by "Willy Wonka" and "The Wonder Years."

Tickets are now available, with general admission starting at $20 online and $30 at the door for adults. Children aged 5-12 can enter for just $15. VIP early admission is available for $30, while admission after 4 pm will cost just $10.

The Chocolate Expo takes place on March 7th and 8th at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center (7 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837). Don't miss out on this indulgent weekend of sweet treats!

Man... I remember going to those chocolate expos back in my day πŸ«πŸŽ‰ it was always so much fun! They used to have like, these huge chocolate fountains and you could just dip whatever you wanted into 'em. And now they're doing all this fancy stuff with artisanal chocolates and truffles? It's insane! But hey, I'm glad the kids are gonna be included with all those fun activities... my sister had a birthday party there once when she was a kid πŸŽ‚ and it was so much fun to see her smiling. And can you believe they're bringing back Willy Wonka legends? That's just awesome!

omg u guys!! πŸ°πŸŽ‰ i'm literally counting down the days till the Chocolate Expo comes to town!! 🀩 it's gonna be so much fun with all the delicious treats and celebrity guests!!! 😍 can't wait to try out those artisanal chocolates and bean-to-bar creations 🀀 and omg, a scavenger hunt and balloon twisting for the kids?!?! πŸ˜† that sounds like so much fun! πŸ’– gotta get my family and friends together and grab our tickets ASAP!! 🎟️ did u know they have VIP early admission options too?!?! πŸ€‘ that's like an extra layer of awesomeness!!! πŸ’₯

OMG, I'm so stoked for The Chocolate Expo in NJ! πŸ«πŸŽ‰ Who doesn't love chocolate?! It's gonna be a fun fest with tons of vendors, celebrity guests, and activities for all ages. I'm thinking of taking my little one there to get into the Wonka vibes - face painting, balloon twisting... sounds like so much fun! 😊 The prices seem reasonable too, especially the VIP early admission option. If you're in NJ this weekend, totally worth a visit! πŸŽ‰

omg, chocolate expo in jersey is gonna be lit πŸ«πŸŽ‰ gotta get there early for vip perks and snag some artisanal fave chocolates πŸ°πŸ‘€ anyone got a spare $30 to cop a vip tix tho? πŸ˜‚ looks like they've got some rad celebrity guests too 🀩 wonder years and willy wonka fans unite! πŸ‘

Man, thinkin' about all these chocolate vendors is makin' me ponder the fleeting nature of pleasure 🍫. We're talkin' about stuff we love so much it's almost obsessive, but at the same time, it's just a temporary high. And them VIP tickets for like $30 or somethin'? That's like tryin' to buy happiness, you know? Like, can't we just find fulfillment in the simple things and not need some fancy-schmancy early admission deal?

And on a bigger note, these celebrity guests showin' up might be more about marketin' than actual substance. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's still cool to meet your childhood heroes, but are we really learnin' anything from 'em? It's all just a bit of nostalgia and indulgence for some folks.

Family-friendly activities sound fun, tho πŸŽ‰. Maybe that's what it's all about – findin' joy in the little things and makin' memories with our loved ones. Not just some overpriced chocolate fest.

omg can you even imagine a whole convention center full of CHOCOLATE πŸ«πŸŽ‰?! i'm so down for the celebrity panel discussions tho, especially with The Wonder Years cast and Willy Wonka OGs 🀩. and the activities for kids? face painting, balloon twisting, scavenger hunt... it's like a kid's dream come true! πŸ‘§πŸΌ but what really gets me excited is the bean-to-bar creations πŸ«πŸ’» - artisanal chocolates are my JAM!!! i need to get myself to that expo ASAP and try everything 🀀

OMG, I'm so down for this πŸ«πŸŽ‰!!! The Chocolate Expo sounds like a total dream come true - who wouldn't want to indulge in all that deliciousness? 🀀 From artisanal chocolates to truffles and specialty foods, I'm planning on trying EVERYTHING πŸ°πŸ˜‹. And the celebrity guests? Yaaas, bring it on! πŸ’β€β™€οΈ I'm so excited to see Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo from "The Wonder Years" and the original Willy Wonka cast - it's gonna be a blast from the past! πŸŽ‰πŸ“Ί. And don't even get me started on the family-friendly activities - face painting, balloon twisting, and live demos? My kiddos are gonna have so much fun! πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ’– #ChocolateExpo #SweetTreats #FestivalVibes #FamilyFun #CelebrityGuests #FoodieParadise

πŸ«πŸŽ‰ Oh man I'm so down for this 🀩! Over 100 vendors? That's a chocolate lover's dream come true 😍! And the celebrity guests? Mind. Blown. πŸ’₯ Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo from "The Wonder Years" πŸ“Ί are gonna be there, which is so cool πŸ‘. The kids' activities sound like so much fun too πŸŽ‚, I'm totes bringing my little ones πŸ€—. And can we talk about the prices? $20 general admission? That's a steal πŸ’Έ! I'm getting VIP early admission and just living my best life πŸ€‘πŸ«

Ugh, can you believe they're having a whole convention just for food? I mean, don't get me wrong, chocolate is amazing and all, but do we really need an entire event dedicated to it?! 🀯 It's just another example of how the platform is catering to our every whim, isn't it?

And have you seen the prices?! $30 just to get in?! That's crazy! And for what? To watch some old TV stars talk about their shows? I mean, I love "The Wonder Years" as much as the next person, but come on! It's not like they're going to give away a lifetime supply of chocolate or anything.

And don't even get me started on the kids' stuff. Face painting and balloon twisting are just fancy ways of saying "expensive activities for parents to guilt trip their kids into". I swear, some days I just wish we could all just have a normal conversation without anyone trying to sell us something or make a profit off our enthusiasm.

I'm just gonna go to the expo because I love chocolate, but can't we just have a simple chat about it like normal people? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

omg i'm so hyped for the chocolate expo!!! i've been waiting all year for this event 🍫😍 they have some amazing vendors lined up and it's going to be so lit with all the celebrity guests 🀩 i mean who doesn't love a good panel discussion about the wonder years or willy wonka?!? πŸŽ‰ and it's not just about the food (although let's be real that's the best part) they also have tons of fun activities for kids like face painting and balloon twisting - perfect for a family day out! i've already grabbed my ticket and can't wait to indulge in all the sweet treats on sat and sun 🎊

so another excuse for people to indulge in excessive sugar intake... like we haven't had enough candy and treats already? πŸ«πŸ˜’ the expo's "celebrity guests" are basically just old TV stars trying to cling to relevance, not like anyone actually cares about "The Wonder Years" anymore πŸ™„. still, it might be kinda fun for kids (or adults who still think that), especially with all those face painting and balloon twisting activities... maybe it's worth a visit if you're into that sorta thing?

πŸ«πŸ˜‹ Oh man, I'm so down for that Chocolate Expo this weekend! They're gonna have some crazy cool vendors like that bean-to-bar creation stuff. And the celebrity guests? Mind blown! Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo are my old school TV fave lol! πŸ“Ί But what's up with the prices tho? $30 at the door is kinda steep for me. Can't they just offer more discounts for bulk purchases or something? πŸ€‘

omg u guys i cant even believe its that time already chocolate expo is back in nj 🍫😍 i remember last year was so much fun they had those crazy good truffles from italy and i mean i'm not saying ill eat the whole bag by myself but i might have had a few too many 😜 anyway idk what's with all these celeb guests but alley mills & olivia dabo sound like theyd be hella funny panel discussion at 1 pm each day? and kids get to do face painting & balloon twisting lol my kid would freak out πŸ’–

omg can u even? a whole convention center just for CHOCOLATE?! it's like they asked us and we said 'yaaas, pls let there be chocolate' 🍫🀩 i'm low-key already planning my outfit as if i'm gonna meet allen keaton aka alfie solomon from the wonder years and ask him about his favorite candy πŸŽ‰ meanwhile, who's bringing snacks for this event?! gotta make sure they have a 'i ate all the chocolate' contest entry form πŸ€ͺ

omg, sounds like so much fun! πŸŽ‰ i'm a total chocolate addict, can't wait to try all the artisanal chocolates and specialty foods. and yay for celebrity guests! i love that they're bringing in people from classic 80s shows - it's gonna be such a blast from the past! πŸ˜‚ plus, the family-friendly activities are awesome - face painting and balloon twisting sounds like so much fun for the kiddos! πŸ‘§πŸΌ but, gotta ask... how big is this expo? over 100 vendors is a lot, i hope they don't overcrowd the place. πŸ€” also, wanna know more about those bean-to-bar creations... what's that all about? 😐

OMG u gotta check out dis πŸ«πŸŽ‰ The Chocolate Expo is comin up in Edision NJ and its gonna be SICK!!! Over 100 vendors?! Yessss I'm talkin artisanal chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods and drinks... my sweet tooth is DROOLIN just thinkin about it πŸ˜‹

And omg the celebs r comin too! Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo from "The Wonder Years" are makin a panel disscussion πŸ€“ And they're joined by Julie Dawn Cole, Paris Themmen and Rusty Goffe from Willy Wonka πŸŽ‰ Kids can have fun too with face paintin, balloon twisting and scavenger hunts πŸŽ‚

Tix r now avaiable... general admission is 20 bucks online or 30 at the door... kids under 12 can go for 15... VIP early entry is 30... and after 4 pm its just 10 bucks. U gotta go! Its gonna be a sweet weekend πŸ°πŸŽ‰

I'm totally buying VIP early admission tickets, need to try all that chocolate ASAP πŸ’–πŸ‘€ And omg, kids activities? Face painting and balloon twisting? 🀩 Can't wait for the scavenger hunt too! Gonna be an epic weekend!!! πŸ˜†

OMG u guys, I'm so down for this 🀩 The Chocolate Expo sounds like a dream come true for all us chocoholics!!! I'm literally counting down the days until March 7th and 8th. And yay for the celebrity guests! Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo are going to be at my panel discussion, lol. I wanna see those iconic outfits from The Wonder Years πŸŽ©πŸ‘—. Plus, it's gonna be a blast with the family-friendly activities - face painting, balloon twisting, and all that jazz πŸŽ‰. My kids are gonna freak out when they see Robbie Furman's balloon sculptures 🀯. Can't wait to try all those yummy treats... and drinks!

I'd rather spend my Saturday at a social justice rally than stuck in traffic waiting to get into some overpriced chocolate festival. I mean, don't get me wrong, who doesn't love a good treat every now and then? But let's be real, $30 for a ticket? That's like charging people admission to see the rich play their privileged lives on TV πŸ€‘. And what about all the single parents trying to make ends meet? They can barely afford groceries, let alone pay $20 online for a couple of hours of frivolity.
