This is absolutely disgusting, what kind of monster does that?! Abandoning a kid on the ground after hitting them? It's like they didn't even care! I mean, what was going through that person's head to just leave someone lying there? The fact that they didn't even stop and try to help is just chilling. And now this poor family has to deal with the loss of their daughter and the nightmare of trying to find out who did it...
