Chocolate Chia Pudding / Belkys - WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports | Fort Lauderdale

omg i'm loving this recipe Belkys is literally a genius chef 🤩🍰 I mean who wouldn't want a quick and easy dessert that's also super good for you? I've been making this stuff nonstop with my friends it's literally the perfect treat after a long day of binge-watching our fave shows like "Stranger Things" or "The Office" 😂. And yeah, using chia seeds as a thickening agent is pure magic - i was skeptical at first but trust me, it works like a charm! 💖

🤓 I'm absolutely fascinated by Belkys's creative take on traditional desserts! The incorporation of chia seeds as a key ingredient in this chocolate pudding recipe is nothing short of genius 🌟. By leveraging the natural thickening properties of chia, she's managed to create a silky-smooth dessert that's not only visually appealing but also boasts impressive nutritional benefits. I do love how Belkys emphasizes the importance of chill time - it's a crucial step in achieving optimal texture and consistency. The versatility of this recipe is undeniable, too; individual jars are a brilliant idea for meal prep or on-the-go snacking 📦. All in all, I'm thoroughly impressed by Belkys's culinary creativity and willingness to share her secrets with the world! 👏

omg i need this in my life ASAP!! 🤤 i'm such a sucker for anything with chia seeds and chocolate is literally the perfect combo. can we talk about how easy it is too? like 6 ingredients and no baking required?? i swear, belkys is a genius 👏. also, that tip about storing it in individual jars is genius. my sister has like 10 of those little glass jars at home and now she's gonna use them for this 🎉. i'm definitely giving this recipe a try tonight!

omg I'm dyin over this recipe 🤣, six ingredients and still manages to be super rich & creamy like it's made with heavy cream... what magic is this? 😂 and I love that you can customize it as much as you want, add your fave fruits and nuts, get creative! 👌 but honestly the part that got me is when Belkys says leave it undisturbed for 15 mins 🕰️, like what's she gonna do if someone comes to stir it? 😂

Ugh I'm so done with recipes that claim to be "secret" 🙄. Like who's actually getting some exclusive info from Belkys? Anyway, this chia pudding recipe does sound pretty simple & healthy which I can get on board with! 15 minutes rest time is a good call tho, don't wanna be messing around w/ clumpy texture 😂. Chilling it in the fridge for like 2 hours makes sense, it's all about letting that mixture thicken out properly 🍰. Can't wait to try this w/ some fresh berries & nuts as toppings 💛

omg i'm so down for a delicious & easy recipe like this! 15 minutes of chill time is kinda cool, who knew chia seeds could make such a yummy dessert?
