Logan Paul blasts brother Jake’s criticism of Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl 2026 halftime show

Logan Paul Fires Back at Brother Jake's Scathing Criticism of Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime Show Performance.

In a shocking twist, WWE star Logan Paul has come to the defense of rapper Bad Bunny after his brother Jake Paul savaged the six-time Grammy winner's electrifying halftime show performance during the 2026 Super Bowl.

Jake had initially taken to social media to express his disapproval of the Puerto Rican artist's set, claiming that he was "turning off" the broadcast and advising others to do the same. He even went as far as calling Bad Bunny a "fake American citizen," sparking widespread outrage among fans who took umbrage with Jake's comments.

Logan Paul swiftly fired back at his sibling, stating that he loved him but didn't agree with his take on the performance. The 30-year-old YouTube star also praised Bad Bunny's set, saying that it was a celebration of Puerto Rican culture and highlighting the artist's immense talent.

"I love my brother but I don’t agree with this," Logan wrote in response to Jake's tweet. "Puerto Ricans are Americans & I’m happy they were given the opportunity to showcase the talent that comes from the island."

The feud between the two brothers seems to have died down, with Jake clarifying his comments about Bad Bunny in a series of follow-up tweets. He claimed that he was not calling anyone a "fake citizen" due to their nationality but rather because of their public criticism of America.

"It's not about being a fake American citizen," Jake explained. "It's about being a fake when you benefit from this country and then publicly disrespect it at the same time."

The drama surrounding Bad Bunny's halftime show performance is far from over, however. President Trump weighed in on the controversy, calling the broadcast "one of the worst, EVER!" and claiming that it was an affront to American greatness.

The Super Bowl Halftime Show has long been a platform for artists to push boundaries and showcase their talents. This year's performance, which featured cameos by Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin, sparked both celebration and criticism among fans.

OMG, this is getting crazy! 🤯 I mean, I get why Jake Paul was salty about Bad Bunny's performance, but bro come on, it's the Super Bowl! 🏈 It's all about celebrating our culture, you know? And let's be real, Bad Bunny brought that fire 🔥 to the stage. I'm loving the fact that Logan Paul is standing up for his bro and defending Puerto Rican culture 💪. I don't think Jake meant to offend anyone with his comments, but he did say some pretty harsh stuff. 🤷‍♂️ And can we talk about President Trump's tweet? Like, what even is he talking about? 🙄 The guy just wants attention, am I right? 😂

🤷‍♂️ I gotta say, I'm loving the drama that's going down between those Paul brothers. I mean, Jake's shade for Bad Bunny was straight fire 🔥 and it's about time someone called out him and his brother Logan for being fake.

Logan's response was pretty weak 🙄, talking about how much he loves Puerto Rican culture but then kinda diminishing the fact that Bad Bunny is an American citizen himself. Like, if you're gonna love something, own it 💯.

And can we talk about President Trump's comments? 😂 "One of the worst, EVER!"? That's rich coming from a guy who thinks a wall is the answer to all our problems 🤣. The guy's just mad because his halftime show skills are clearly lacking 🎤.

omg I think Jake needs to chill 😂 his comments about Bad Bunny were super unfair 🤕 at least Logan spoke up for him 👊 I mean what's wrong with celebrating Puerto Rican culture during the Super Bowl? it's all about being open-minded and accepting of different backgrounds and styles 💖

Omg I'm so confused about this whole thing 🤯, like what even is going on? First Jake is trashing Bad Bunny's halftime show and then Logan comes out of nowhere to defend him 😂. And now President Trump is getting in on the drama too? It's just a big mess 🙄. I think it's all just a big misunderstanding - Bad Bunny's performance was definitely fire 💥, it was such an amazing celebration of Puerto Rican culture and talent! Can't we just appreciate the art without dissing each other? 🤝

omg i'm so sick of all these celebrities going at each other 🤦‍♂️! like what even is the point of all this drama? can't they just get along? 😒 jake paul's comments were super out of line tho, saying bad bunny was a "fake american citizen"... like who does he think he is, the president or something? 🙄 and now logan paul is defending his bro, which is cool i guess. but seriously, can't we just focus on the music and have some fun at the super bowl instead of all this petty beef? 🎶🏈

omg did u see logan pauls response 2 his bro jake?? 🤯👀 i gotta say i agree w/ logan on this one jake was way out of line with those comments about bad bunny being a "fake american citizen" that's just lowkey racism and xenophobia 🤕 anyway u can't deny bad bunnys talent & energy on stage he brought the fire 🔥💃🏽 i feel bad 4 anyone who didn't enjoy the halftime show performance tho

🤣 I mean, what's next? Jake Paul going after the halftime show of his own Super Bowl performance? 🤦‍♂️ "Hey, bro, that was a total rip-off of my idea... just kidding, bad bunny killed it!" 😂 Anyway, gotta respect Bad Bunny for bringing the heat (and some serious Puerto Rican pride) to that stage. And Jake's explanation about not being mad at American citizens who benefit from the country but disrespect it? 🙄 Like, dude, if you're gonna roast Bad Bunny, at least try to come up with a better insult than "fake citizen". 😜

Omg 🤯 this feud is getting juicy! 😏 Logan Paul sticking up for Bad Bunny 👊 is totally fair imo 💯 I mean Jake can't just diss someone's culture like that no cap 👀 especially when it comes to Puerto Rican pride 🇵🇷 It was awesome to see Bad Bunny bring the heat 🎤 and showcase his talents on a global stage 🌎 even if some people were salty about it 😒 President Trump tho 🙄 saying it was one of the worst halftime shows EVER 👀 like what's next? 😂
