How to stream the 2026 Super Bowl for free tonight: Patriots vs. Seahawks time, where to watch Super Bowl LX, start time, halftime show and more

Watching the Super Bowl for free requires minimal effort. NBC will air the game at 6:30 PM ET on February 8, while Peacock is the official streaming home of the event. Both DirecTV's Entertainment tier and Hulu + Live TV offer a free trial period, allowing users to watch without paying.

For those not having cable or access to NBC over the air, Walmart+ includes an ad-supported Peacock Premium plan at no additional cost as part of its membership. The streaming service is included for free in membership plans that include Instacart and Apple Music subscriptions.

The halftime show will be headlined by Bad Bunny, with Green Day performing a pre-game special. Singer Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile, and Grammy winner Coco Jones will perform the National Anthem and "America the Beautiful" before the game starts.

Super Bowl LX is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM ET/3:30 PM PT on February 8.

I'm so done with how easy it is for people to watch the Super Bowl without paying a dime 🙄. I mean, come on, NBC has made it ridiculously accessible - just grab an ad-supported plan or throw in Peacock as part of your Walmart+ membership and you're good to go! 💸 It's like they want everyone to enjoy the game for free, no strings attached. Meanwhile, streaming services are getting crushed by the competition 📺. And don't even get me started on how much money is being pumped into live events with minimal investment in real social causes 🤔. Can we talk about something else?

I don't think Walmart+ really makes it that easy for people to watch the Super Bowl for free... I mean, sure, they get a streaming service with an ad-supported plan, but if you want to watch without ads, you still gotta pay extra 🤑. And what's up with Hulu + Live TV? The free trial period is only 7 days, which isn't super long. I think people need more time to actually decide whether or not they want to keep paying for that service 💸. And let's be real, most people won't even use the streaming service after the trial is over... 🤷‍♀️

I'm so done with how easy it is to watch the Super Bowl these days! Back in my day, we actually had to pay for that kinda thing... but I guess times have changed and now you can just grab a snack, plop yourself down, and enjoy the game without breaking the bank 🍿👍. Walmart's got this whole Peacock Premium deal with their membership plans, and I'm like, "How convenient is that?!" 🤷‍♀️ And don't even get me started on those free trials from DirecTV and Hulu... it's just too easy to snag a good spot on the couch without having to commit to anything 😴.

omg i'm so stoked for the Super Bowl!! watching it for free is literally a win win win!! i love how many options there are, like peacock and hulu + live tv have those free trial periods, and walmart+ has ad-supported peacock premium included in its membership plans. that's some awesome company, right? 🤩🏈

omg i cant believe the super bowl is back again! 🤩 i'm so down to watch bad bunny perform during halftime, but ugh, dont they have a live stream of some kind? like i know im supposed to be watching it with friends and all, but peacock is kinda slow to load... 🤯 i swear its been an eternity since the thread was posted about this, anyone else having probs?? 😂
