Bryan Hill, a rising star in the world of comic book writing and screenwriting, is set to make his feature film debut with "Archangel", a supernatural horror movie that will premiere at the European Film Market. The film marks another successful collaboration between Spooky Pictures and Image Nation, having already spawned breakout hits such as "Last Night With the Devil" and "The Plague".

Conor Leslie leads an impressive ensemble cast in "Archangel", which also stars Greg Hovanessian, Alyshia Ochse, Azure Parsons, and Trevor Riley. The movie centers on a privately funded organization researching life after death that is targeted by an ancient entity trying to prevent mankind from understanding the supernatural.

Currently in post-production and scheduled for release in Q4 2026, "Archangel" is produced by Spooky Pictures' Roy Lee and Steven Schneider, alongside Derek Dauchy, Julius Pryor, and Bryan Hill. Image Nation's Ben Ross and Spooky Pictures' Rami Yasin serve as executive producers.

This latest project from the collaboration between Spooky Pictures and Image Nation will be based on a graphic novel series developed by Bryan Hill. The film will be accompanied by the release of the same-named graphic novel, expanding the "Archangel" universe for fans to explore.

With this upcoming horror movie, it seems that the partnership between Spooky Pictures and Image Nation continues to yield promising results, with several projects currently in development, including psychological thrillers, supernatural movies, and even an acquired horror anthology franchise.

I think the fact they're releasing a graphic novel to go with the film is a great move, it's gonna get fans hyped for sure! And can we talk about how cool it is that they've got a whole franchise in development? Psychological thrillers and horror anthologies are always so much fun to watch... just make sure it doesn't devolve into something cheesy 😜.

Just saw the trailer for "Archangel" 🎃🔪 and I'm already getting hyped! Did you know that Bryan Hill's writing career took off after being featured on io9? 🤯 He was one of the top 10 most promising new voices in comics, alongside folks like Kelly Sue DeConnick and Joshua Williamson 💥. Anyways, with "Archangel" he's finally making the leap to big screen horror, which is gonna be EPIC! 🎬 The fact that Spooky Pictures and Image Nation are collaborating again shows how successful their partnership has been. They've got a track record of producing low-budget gems like "The Plague" 🧟‍♂️, so this movie better deliver on the scares. According to Box Office Mojo, the average horror movie budget is around $10M, but Spooky Pictures' movies have consistently performed well above that with "Last Night With the Devil" grossing over $20M worldwide 💸. So yeah, I'm super stoked for this one! 🤩

Meh, another "supernatural horror" movie 🎃️... like we haven't seen that before. I mean, can't they come up with something new for once? 😒 But seriously, Bryan Hill's got some talent, and the fact that Spooky Pictures is behind this one has me slightly intrigued. Maybe it'll be a game-changer... or maybe it'll just be another "Last Night With the Devil" rip-off 🤷‍♂️. Either way, I'm gonna keep an eye on it – not because I'm expecting it to blow my mind, but because Bryan Hill's got some potential, and Spooky Pictures is always pushing boundaries in weird and wonderful ways 🔥.

You know, I think what's really cool about Bryan Hill's "Archangel" is how it showcases the power of collaboration 🤝. Spooky Pictures and Image Nation are killing it with their partnership, and it's awesome to see how they're pushing boundaries in the horror genre. It makes me think that when we work together towards a common goal, amazing things can happen. We need more people like Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, Derek Dauchy, Julius Pryor, Ben Ross, and Rami Yasin out there who are passionate about their projects and willing to take risks 🎥. That's what I call success!

Ugh, I just can't believe how fast time is flying by 😩. It feels like just yesterday I was watching those old supernatural movies on VHS with my siblings, waiting for the next Scary Movie to come out 🎥. Now, here we are in 2025 and "Archangel" is about to hit theaters? Mind blown! 🤯 Bryan Hill's got some serious writing chops, you know? Reminds me of that old-school comic book store where I used to spend hours browsing through the shelves... those graphic novels were like treasure troves of awesome stories 📚. Can't wait to see what he's got cooking for us in this one. Bring on the scares! 💀

omg I'm so down for a new Bryan Hill project 🤩 he's got this amazing talent for crafting dark & suspenseful stories! the cast looks solid too 🙌 Conor Leslie is gonna bring that edgy vibe to "Archangel" which would be perfect for the horror genre 💀 what I'm most excited about tho is the expansion of the graphic novel universe, it'll be awesome to see fans get to dive deeper into the world Bryan created 👻

just another one of these 'supernatural horror' flicks trying to cash in on people's fears 🤔. like, is it really that hard to come up with something original? i mean, ancient entity trying to prevent mankind from understanding the supernatural? sounds like every other horror movie out there 🙄. but hey, if it's got a talented cast and crew behind it, maybe it'll actually be worth watching... we'll see 👀
