Special election to fill Mikie Sherrill's U.S. House seat will be held in April

I don't get why they gotta make it so complicated ! Can't we just have a simple election? I'm still trying to wrap my head around all these dates and filing deadlines... Feb 5, April 16, Jan 29... what's next? And now some people are saying that the governor is trying to mess with voters? I don't think so ! Everyone deserves a fair shot at this seat. I hope whoever runs wins will be a good representative for our community
