i connected 5 lamps to my living room and now they all change color when i say alexa turn on lamp 2 
its so cool! but yeah, i saw the deal online and thought it was crazy that its half price lol anyway, i guess if you have an amazon echo already it might be worth getting one... idk about google or apple tho
