OMG u guys! 
So I got this tea that Mason West's football team win was NOT just about him tho... like his whole team came together & it was a total squad effort 
He's always been an amazing player, but to see him lead his team to state champs is just pure inspiration 
And yeah, I heard some teams were salty about him choosing football over hockey 
Like, who can blame him tho? That championship win must've given him the confidence boost he needed for the next chapter of his life... joining the Fargo Force & Michigan State is gonna be lit

He deserves every bit of this championship win! I mean, to be honest, that 29th pick in the NHL draft was a total steal 
. Not everyone can say they overcame doubts and came out on top! 
. Mason's all about chasing those goals and not letting anyone bring you down... I'm already rooting for him at Michigan State

i love how humble west is too, acknowledging it doesn't feel real but still celebrating his achievement 
. I mean, he put his heart and soul into both sports, and it's insane that people doubted him enough to drop him in the draft 
. But West proved everyone wrong, and I'm beyond hyped for him now 
. Now, can we please talk about how proud his teammates and coaches must be of him? That team rallied around him like nobody business
