Guinea-Bissau army has 'taken control' ahead of election results

🚨 what's going on with guinea-bissau?! seems like total chaos there 🤯 army officials taking matters into their own hands? that's not how democracy works 🤷‍♀️ can't wait to see how this whole situation plays out and what the election results are gonna be 💥 all borders sealed off, that's super concerning 🚫 hope everyone stays safe in bissau 👍

😱🌪️ This news is getting out of hand 🤯! I mean, what's going on in Guinea-Bissau? 🤔 They're talking about elections but it sounds like the army is more interested in taking control 💥. It's so unfair to the people who voted and are waiting for results ⏰.

We gotta think about the consequences of this 😕. If they don't get their act together, it could lead to chaos 😨 and instability 🌪️. I'm sending all my positive vibes 🙏 to the people of Guinea-Bissau 🇬🇼 that they can resolve this situation peacefully 💖.

It's also worrying to think about the state of democracy in the country 🤝. Are they gonna let the army dictate who wins? 🤷‍♀️ No way, not on my watch 😂! We need to see justice and equality for all 👥. Sending lots of love ❤️ to everyone affected by this situation 🌈

this can't be happening again 🤕, i was just thinking how far some african countries have come in terms of democratic progress, and now it seems like we're taking a step back? Guinea-Bissau is a country with so much potential, they were one of the first to gain independence from portugal... what happened? did anyone even think this power grab was going to happen?

anyway, it's not like i haven't seen something similar happen in other african countries... remember that time in burkina faso where the military took over the government? or how about the coup in chad back in 2014? it just seems like a never-ending cycle of instability and violence.

what really concerns me is the impact on the elections themselves. if the military is interfering, who's to say they're not rigging the results too? that would be a whole new level of shady 🤥. anyway, i hope everything gets sorted out soon...

omg this is getting crazy in guinea-bissau!! i mean idk what's going on with these military officials but it sounds like they're taking things into their own hands 🤯🚨 they're sealing off borders and all that... like, how's that gonna affect the election results? 🤔 anyway, this is def a huge power struggle in the making and i'm lowkey invested 👀💼 gotta keep an eye on this one

🤔 I'm not sure if I should be worried about this or just kinda like it's what happens in third world countries, you know? Like, we all knew there was a chance something like this could happen with elections and military officials getting all up in each other's grill... 🤷‍♀️ But at the same time, it's pretty concerning when people get shot near the election commission. That's just messed up. I mean, what if it's some kind of coup or something? 😬 Or maybe they're just trying to protect their own interests and who knows, maybe that's a valid reason too... 🤔 But still, shouldn't there be rules in place to prevent this kinda thing from happening? 🤷‍♂️ I guess only time will tell if these military officials are gonna stick around or get ousted. 🕰️
