. Clare Miflin's all about thinkin' bigger, but I'm thinkin', why not just make it happen already?

. new york city's plan to put out compost and recycling with the empire bins sounds great on paper but it's not gonna make a difference if people don't actually use them 
. like, how many ppl are just gonna put their recyclables out and expect someone else to sort them out? 
meanwhile, the streets are still littered with trash bags because the city isn't doing enough to address the real problem: waste management infrastructure 
. it's just a bunch of bandaids on a much bigger issue
