Apple Music's 2025 Replay Feature Reveals Personalized Year-End Insights and New Features
The wait is finally over for Apple Music subscribers, as the annual Apple Music Replay feature has rolled out on December 2, 2025. The music streaming platform's year-end recap provides users with a personalized summary of their favorite artists, top songs, albums, playlists, genres, and stations. To access this feature, simply navigate to your Home tab in the Apple Music app or visit replay.music.apple.com.
The 2025 iteration includes several exciting new features, including the "Discovery" section, which highlights emerging artists users have listened to throughout the year, as well as the "Loyalty" section, which showcases artists you've consistently returned to. There's also a "Comebacks" section that reveals which artists made a comeback in your listening rotation. Additionally, users can view their monthly Replay highlights and revisit past summaries from every year they've been subscribed to Apple Music.
The feature is accessible 365 days a year, unlike Spotify Wrapped, which pauses data collection between late November and early January. This allows users to access weekly stats starting in February, with the platform continuing to collect data throughout the year.
As for the top song of 2025, ROSÉ and Bruno Mars' "APT" takes the crown, followed closely by Kendrick Lamar and SZA's "luther." Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' "Die With a Smile" comes in fourth, while Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us" rounds out the top five. Tyler, The Creator is named Apple Music's 2025 Artist of the Year, with 4.5 billion minutes of listening time.
To access your personalized Apple Music Replay 2025 insights, ensure your app is up to date and that you've enabled "Use Listening History" on all devices. For Android users, tap Settings > More > Use Listening History, while for iPhone or iPad users, go to Settings > Apps > Music and turn on this feature.
With the release of Apple Music Replay 2025, users can now celebrate their year in music with an audio and visual recap, share unique insights on social media, and explore new features that showcase emerging artists and your listening habits.
