Amazon's 'God of War' adaptation gets a two-season order

I'm so stoked to hear that production for 'God of War' has started! Reminds me of when I was waiting for new episodes of 'Hannibal' back in 2013... it felt like forever before they dropped another season 😅. And with Frederick E.O. Toye on board, I'm thinking he's the perfect guy to bring this Norse mythology stuff to life. Kinda like how David Chase made 'The Sopranos' so iconic in the early 2000s... Toye's Emmy win is a great sign that Amazon has its finger on the pulse. Can't wait to see who they cast as Kratos and Atreus - it's gotta be someone with some serious acting chops, like Jon Bernthal or Tom Hardy... would love to see them bring those characters to life 🤔

Just got wind of this 🚀💥 God of War show on Amazon is gonna be EPIC! Frederick E.O. Toye at the helm, wow what a pedigree 😲 I mean who else gets to direct for Fallout, The Boys, and Westworld? And that Emmy win for Shogun? 🔥 That's some serious directing cred. Can't wait to see how they adapt this Norse mythology-inspired game into a killer TV series 📺👑 The Kratos and Atreus dynamic is gonna be so intense! Casting search underway now, fingers crossed we get the right actors to bring these gods to life 💥

can't wait to see this show come to life 🤩! i'm a huge fan of the games and the storyline has so much depth. it's awesome that frederick e.o. toye is on board as director, his experience with shows like 'fallout' and 'the boys' will surely bring an epic vibe to the series 💥. and yeah, the fact that amazon bumped up the order to two seasons says a lot about their faith in the show's potential 😊. hope they find the perfect actors for kratos and atreus, can't imagine anyone else bringing those characters to life 🎬

🎥 First impressions: "God of War" series sounds like a wild ride 🤯, can't wait to see Kratos' brutal face on screen 😅!

Can't wait for this show! 🤩 I've played the game before and I know how epic it is. Frederick Toye is going to bring the heat with those first two episodes, no doubt about it 😎. The original storyline of Kratos trying to teach his son the ways of being a god while also learning to be human is so deep, I'm hyped to see it on screen 📺. Ronald D Moore coming on board as showrunner was the right call, gotta love how he keeps pushing boundaries 💪. And the fact that they're doing two seasons? Amazon knows what's up, this is gonna be a wild ride 🎢!
