It's pretty reasonable to expect some info after all these years, especially with Sigourney Weaver still on board and Jason Reitman at the helm. And let's be real, the fact that she's even poking around for answers is kinda adorable 
. I mean, can you imagine how confusing it must've been for her to have no idea what was going on? Like, did they just decide to leave him out of the sequels because they didn't want to deal with the dad drama or something?

I love that Sigourney Weaver is still keeping the flame alive for her character and is now hoping Jason Reitman might give us some answers. And can you even imagine the twins from Ghostbusters: Afterlife making a comeback? That would be EVERYTHING! 
The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced we're due for an Oscar update. Fingers crossed James Cameron's Avatar sequel brings some closure to our beloved character. Maybe this is the push fans need to get Reitman to spill the tea...
