I'm so down for this reimagining of Jack and the Beanstalk! 
I loved how they made Caroline the main cow, Suzie McAdam was amazing as her too 
, but at the same time, it felt like some parts got lost in translation. I mean, who needs exposition to teach lessons when you've got a talented cast and crew on board? 
The music was fire, though! 
And Brian Cox as the giant was pure comedy gold 
. Maybe they should just stick to what made the original story great in the first place, but I'm gonna give this show some props for trying something new

. they took away all the magic & wonder from the original story & replaced it w/ "teaching lessons" through exposition...like, no thanks. and dont even get me started on the songs 
. i loved watchin susie mcadam's power ballad udderly alone tho 
. still, i'm not sure if its worth seein' this show until dec 30th
