Hersheypark’s Christmas Candylane and Sweet Lights are in full holiday mode

Hersheypark's holiday festivities are in full swing, transforming the amusement park into a winter wonderland for families from all over Pennsylvania. For over four decades, Hersheypark Christmas Candylane has been a beloved tradition, featuring an impressive array of holiday lights that make it one of the top destinations for festive fun in the state.

Visitors can marvel at the dazzling display of twinkling lights and animated scenes, including The 12 Days of Christmas and an Enchanted Forest. But what truly sets Hersheypark apart is its live reindeer exhibit, where all nine of Santa's furry friends are on hand to meet and greet with fans. Weather permitting, several roller coasters remain operational during the event, providing riders with a unique perspective on the twinkling lights.

In addition to Candylane, Hershey Sweet Lights offers a separate drive-through experience that's sure to leave you in awe. Over 500 illuminated displays are set across two miles of woodland trails and open fields, including a Northern Lights-themed area and an Enchanted Forest. The highlight of this attraction is undoubtedly the Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing, described by the park as the tallest ride of its kind in the world.

Christmas Candylane will be open through January 4, with daily hours starting December 18 and a Christmas Day closure. Hershey Sweet Lights, on the other hand, will remain open nightly until January 4, including Christmas night. With pricing varying between the two attractions, online purchases offer savings for visitors planning ahead.

Hersheypark's holiday festivities are taking place at 100 Hersheypark Dr., Hershey, PA 17033.

I'm actually kinda stoked to hear that Hersheypark is getting into the holiday spirit 🎅. I mean, who doesn't love a good winter wonderland? But let's be real, it's gonna get super crowded out there on Dec 18th and Jan 4th 🤯. Like, thousands of people showing up to see the lights and meet the reindeer...it's gonna be chaos 😂.

And can we talk about the parking situation for a sec? I mean, I love Hersheypark as much as the next person, but don't expect me to drive all the way out there when it's freezing outside ❄️. Maybe they should set up some more parking options or shuttle services?

But on the bright side, their holiday festivities are totally Instagrammable 📸. I'm talking 500+ illuminated displays...that's like, whoa 😲. And the Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing? That sounds straight outta a video game 🎮.

Anyway, if you're feeling festive and wanna get your holiday cheer on, Hersheypark is def worth checking out this time of year 🎄. Just don't forget to bundle up!

omg i'm so down for Hersheypark's Christmas Candylane this year 🎄🎅️! its been a fave tradition for like forever right? and the reindeer exhibit is literally the best part - my kids are gonna freak out when they see all those cute furry friends roaming around 🐰❤️. and yeah, who doesn't love roller coasters during the holidays?! its not every day you get to scream your lungs out while surrounded by twinkling lights and festive vibes 💥🎊

Ugh, I'm so over the fact that they're charging extra to park your car just to see the lights 🚗💡...I mean, can't you just walk around the park like normal? It's not like it's a secret or anything! And don't even get me started on how overpriced the Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing is 🤑...500 bucks for a swing ride?! I'd rather take my money to an actual amusement park that doesn't rip me off during peak season 🎠😒.

🎄 I'm a total sucker for festive fun and Hersheypark Christmas Candylane does not disappoint! 🤩 My kids (and let's be honest, me too 😉) love the twinkling lights, animated scenes, and of course, meeting the reindeer - it's like a real-life winter wonderland experience. And with multiple roller coasters still open, it's a great way to get some holiday cheer and thrills in one place! 🎠 As a parent, I also appreciate how they cater to little ones with the Enchanted Forest and other interactive areas, making it an awesome day out for the whole family. Plus, it's a great excuse to plan a fun winter outing before the new year. 💡

OMG I'm literally soooo down to visit Hersheypark this year! 🎄🎅️ Their Christmas Candylane is just everything - twinkling lights, animated scenes, live reindeer... it's all just so magical 🧚‍♀️. And the roller coasters are still open? Mind. Blown. 😲 I'll have to plan a day out with my fam and enjoy the festive fun on the hills of PA! Can't wait for Hershey Sweet Lights too, that drive-thru sounds like an epic experience 🎃🌲

I just love how Hersheypark transforms into this magical winter wonderland every year 🌟 It's like a metaphor for the fleeting nature of time and the importance of holding onto festive memories as we rush through our busy lives. Four decades of tradition is no joke, right? And can you think of anything more poignant than kids meeting real-life reindeer on Christmas Eve? It's like a tangible connection to the spirit of giving... but what does that really mean for us when it comes down to it?

And those roller coasters in all their twinkling glory are just a reminder that even in the midst of something as joyful and nostalgic as Candylane, we can still experience some genuine thrill rides 🎠. And don't even get me started on Hershey Sweet Lights... have you ever stopped to think about how the way our surroundings light up can affect our mood? It's like a whole different world out there when everything is bathed in this golden glow.

omg i love hersheypark christmas candylane so much 🎄🎅️ but at the same time, i dont know if its really worth going for... idk, its just gonna be so crowded and cheesy... 😂 i mean, who needs to ride roller coasters with twinkling lights? 🤔 but on the other hand, it would be pretty cool to see all those reindeer in person... 🦌👀 and 500 illuminated displays is a lot! 🚗💡

I just saw this thread and I'm like "wow" 🤯 Hershey park is so pretty this time of year! I wish I could've made it to Hershey Christmas Candylane when I was younger but now my kids are gonna love it with me 😊 They have those super cool reindeer on display? That's amazing! And the roller coasters in the snow? Mind blown 🎅️. And omg what's that ride called, Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing? Sounds like so much fun for all ages! I'm def gonna plan a trip with my fam this year 📆. Does anyone know if they have any special events or activities planned besides the lights and rides?

OMG you gotta check out Hersheypark right now! 🎅🏼 The Christmas Candylane is sooo lit with those lights it's like walking into a dream world 😍! And the reindeer exhibit is such a fun touch, I love meeting Santa's little friends 🦌❤️. Plus, if you're brave enough to ride some roller coasters in the snow, it's an added bonus 💥. The drive-through Hershey Sweet Lights display is also insane with all those twinkling lights and them Northern Lights vibes 🔥. Definitely worth a visit this holiday season! 🎄

omg i wish we had something like this in our school's courtyard during winter break 🎄🎅️ can u imagine having a whole roller coaster set up for us to ride on? that would be so lit!!! and the twinkling lights would make it feel like christmas magic all around us ✨ but seriously, i bet our school's budget could use some of that money lol anyway, i'm def adding hersheypark christmas candylane to my bucket list now 🎉

I just heard that Hersheypark is getting into the holiday spirit 🎄😂 and I'm like "Yea, no kidding, you're an amusement park in Pennsylvania, it's about time!" 🤣 But seriously, who doesn't love a good winter wonderland with all the twinkly lights? Sounds like they've got some awesome displays this year! The reindeer exhibit sounds like a total win for the kiddos 🦌👧. And that Twizzlers ride? Sounds like a real treat (get it? Treat? Like a Hershey's candy? 😜). I might just have to plan a trip up there and get into the holiday vibe!

ugh, who needs all that twinkling lights and roller coasters? i mean, what's the point of ruining a perfectly good winter wonderland with screaming kids on a twisted gravity swing 🤯? and don't even get me started on the reindeer exhibit – all those furry friends just going to end up getting trampled by clueless tourists 🐰. and 500 illuminated displays? too much, if you ask me. it's like they're trying to blind us with sparkle 💎. give me a quiet night at home under a blanket any day...

omg u guys Hersheypark is literally the most festive spot ever! 🎄 I've been there a few times and it's seriously magical - the lights, the reindeer, the roller coasters... what more could u want?! 🤩 The Enchanted Forest is soooo cool too! I love how they have all these fun activities like meet & greet with Santa's reindeer (I'm obsessed with those cute little noses 😍) and the drive-through experience Hershey Sweet Lights is also insane - the Northern Lights area is giving me all the winter vibes 🌃❤️ It's def worth the trip! 💥

🎅️ Just got my hands on that news about Hersheypark's Christmas Candylane and I'm DYING to go! 🤩 The whole winter wonderland vibe is just so magical, especially with those live reindeer 🦌! And can we talk about the roller coasters for a sec? 😱 I mean, who says you can't ride a coaster during the holidays?! 🎊 Plus, Hershey Sweet Lights sounds like a total game-changer – all that twinkling light and animatronics... mind. blown 💥

I'm so down for a fun-filled winter at Hersheypark 🎅🏼! The live reindeer exhibit is honestly the best part - who wouldn't want to give Santa's furry friends a hug? 🐰 But what really gets me pumped up is the Hershey Sweet Lights drive-through. I mean, 500+ illuminated displays? That's just wow 😲. And can we talk about the Twizzlers Twisted Gravity Screamin' Swing? The tallest ride of its kind in the world? That's a major win for thrill-seekers 🎠. Just wish it was open longer than January 4...
