Patriots get good news about Drake Maye’s shoulder in new injury report

so like what's the deal with quarterbacks always getting injured?? can't they just, like, take care of themselves or something? anyway, glad Drake Maye is looking good though! 100% healthy for the Super Bowl would be awesome for him and the team i'm still a bit worried about Robert Spillane's ankle injury tho... does anyone think he'll make it for the game?

I'm glad to hear that Drake Maye is feeling good about his shoulder injury . It would've been a disaster if he got hurt too badly before the Super Bowl. I mean, can you imagine Tom Brady sitting on the bench for the first time in like, ever ? Anyway, it's great that the coaches and doctors are keeping a close eye on him and making sure he's 100% ready to go. Robert Spillane's ankle injury is still a concern though, hope he recovers quickly . Bring it on, Super Bowl Sunday!

Meh, I'm cautiously optimistic about this one . It sounds like Maye dodged a bullet with his shoulder injury, but we all know that injuries can pop up at the worst times. Still, it's awesome that he's back to full participation in practice already - that's definitely a positive sign for the team. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves though... we've seen this movie before and the Patriots have had their fair share of last-minute heroics . But hey, with Maye feeling confident and healthy, I'm willing to take the chance . Only time will tell if it all comes together for them in the Super Bowl
