Apple Music has released its year-end global charts for 2025, and they reveal that two songs have dominated streaming around the world: Rosé's "on the house" and Bruno Mars' "APT." along with Kendrick Lamar and SZA's "Luther".
The massive hit "APT." by Rosé and Bruno Mars claimed the top spot on multiple Apple Music charts, including Top Songs of 2025: Global, Top 100: Shazam, Top 100: Global Radio, and Top 100: Lyrics. Released in October 2024, the song has become a huge success for both artists, and it's up for both Song and Record of the Year at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
In second place on the global charts is Kendrick Lamar and SZA's "Luther", which saw a significant boost after their performance at the Super Bowl earlier this year. Lamar leads the Top 25 with five songs, including his May 2024 diss track "Not Like Us". Meanwhile, SZA has three songs in the Top 25, the second-most of any artist.
Other notable entries on the charts include Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' "Die With a Smile", which is the third most-streamed song, followed by Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us" at number four. Billie Eilish's "Birds of a Feather" rounds out the top five.
Newcomers to the charts are Lola Young and Alex Warren, who broke into the top five of the Top 100: Shazam chart with their songs "Messy" and "Ordinary", respectively. Young's song also made it onto the Global Radio chart.
The K-pop breakout hit "Golden" by Huntr/x was a surprise hit on Apple Music's year-end charts, particularly in the Lyrics and Sing categories.
