! The fact that talks are stalling just hours before they were set to start again is really disheartening 
. I mean, can't we all just get along and find a way to resolve our differences peacefully? 
It's not like this conflict has to be some kind of zero-sum game where one side wins and the other loses

The fact that they're bombing Ukrainian cities while talks are going on is just ridiculous. 
The US is trying to push for peace but it's like they're fighting an uphill battle here. 
Still, I'm holding out hope that the talks will somehow yield progress. Fingers crossed for Ukraine!
