The police have released surveillance footage showing the Kia Soul being driven by an individual spraying bear spray at Michel before speeding away from the scene. They have also confirmed that they are investigating potential connections between this incident and the earlier bear spray attack on Michel.
Michel, who has lost everything as a result of the assault – including his apartment and job – remains shaken by the events. The authorities are urging anyone with information about either driver to come forward, as they work to identify those responsible for this senseless crime.
