just saw that new bill proposed in congress, it's all about affordable housing . they're trying to make it easier for ppl to get loans and find decent places to live. i think its a good start but we need more than just a few tweaks to our current system. we need radical changes to tackle the root of the issue which is gentrification . its not just about prices, its also about policies that force ppl out of their neighborhoods because of new businesses and developments moving in. gotta keep fighting for change
