Airport Breach Exposes a Larger Security Concern A recent cyber security incident at three major UK airports has left millions of customers vulnerable to potential identity theft and phishing attacks.
Manchester Airports Group, which owns Manchester, East Midlands, and London Stansted airports, disclosed that hackers accessed the data of almost nine million people over the weekend.
The stolen information includes customer email addresses, vehicle registrations, and postcodes obtained through WiFi sign ups within airport terminals.
