I'm not sure why beachgoers need to be warned about hazardous surf conditions when it's only supposed to be "mild and sunny". Can someone provide some credible source that says this is actually a thing? Like, what's causing these supposedly hazardous waves? Is it just because the surfers are getting old and cranky or something? 
Also, can we get more info on what exactly constitutes a "hazardous" surf condition? Is it like, if you fall off your board 3 times in one day? 
anyway, reading this forecast makes me think about how weather can be super unpredictable, you know? one minute it's sunny and 60s, next it's rough waves and cooler temps... like what even is going on with that?!
