I'm not buying into all this urban wildlife nonsense . I mean, come on, a coyote walks into Quizno's? It's just a marketing gimmick . And what's next, a bear at the ballpark?
And don't even get me started on the peacock strutting down an alleyway like it owns the place . I'm not saying it's not cute and all, but can we please focus on real issues instead of just sharing weird animal stories?
I'd rather be talking about the state of our public transportation system or how to make our schools more affordable . At least those are things that affect my daily life in a tangible way. But no, let's spend our time and energy worrying about coyotes in Chicago . Just not convincing me .
I'm getting old, remember those animal shows from the 90s where they'd just have animals roaming around like nothing's wrong? Now we're getting peacocks strolling down alleys in Chicago! I'm not saying I don't appreciate the enthusiasm of Mendy Kong and all, but it's just wild. And can you imagine walking into a Quizno's with a coyote? That's some crazy stuff. Anyway, good on the city for being proactive about wildlife encounters. My grandpa used to tell me stories about when he was a kid and they'd have raccoons raiding their trash cans, it's like we're full circle or something.
So I think its pretty cool how animals are venturing out of their comfort zones and into our neighborhoods, right? But seriously though, you gotta wonder what's driving them to seek shelter indoors during the winter months. Is there something specific about the environment that's making them more bold? And I love how Officer Kong is encouraging residents to stay vigilant and report any unusual sightings - it's all about community awareness and preparedness! Also, its awesome that the city is investing in greenery and development plans for downtown Chicago. It just shows that they're thinking about the bigger picture and how everything affects our daily lives.
omg i cant even believe how many weird things are happening in chicago right now lol like who expects to see a peacock strolling down an alleyway? but seriously its kinda cool that the animal control is getting involved and helping people deal with these unexpected wildlife encounters. i feel bad for the quizno's owner though who had to clean up after a coyote walked in his store kong seems like a super knowledgeable guy and hes right on point about being prepared for winter when its cold outside and animals might come looking for shelter indoors. gotta make sure were all aware of our surroundings and report any weird sightings to the authorities
Ugh, this is gonna sound crazy but I'm kinda glad we got all these wild animals showing up in our 'burbs lol . Like, who needs Quizno's pizza when you can just have a coyote walkin' in on its own? And peacock strollin down an alley? That's like the ultimate Instagram pic right there! But seriously, it's good to know that our animal control officers are on top of things. I mean, who knows what kinda critters are just chillin' around here. It's like we're one big ol' nature documentary or somethin' . And yeah, being prepared for those winter encounters is a must. You don't wanna be all like "Oh no, the squirrel is in my attic!" anyway, good on Chicago for embracin' its wild side
omg i'm living for this... all these wild critters just showing up in chicago's neighborhoods lol. I guess you could say it's like the city is one big nature reserve or something . but seriously, being aware of your surroundings is so important, especially during winter when animals might be seeking shelter indoors. and can we talk about how cute those peacocks are? . i mean, who needs quizno's when you've got a random peacock strolling down an alleyway? anyway, kudos to mendy kong for sharing his expertise with us, and to the city for making sure we're all prepared for these unexpected wildlife encounters .
