man... i think philly is gonna get crushed by the competition if they dont let bars stay open past 2 am 
. its like they wanna compete with nyc and miami, who are already killing it on the nightlife scene. plus, all those tourists are gonna want to party and drink till dawn, you know? but at the same time, i get where they're coming from... employee fatigue is real, and some people might not be ready for a late-night crowd. idk, maybe they can find a happy medium or something? like, 3 am or 4 am curfew instead of 2 am? idc, but ill def be hitting up the bars during world cup
