Bear Grylls has splashed out on an 'apocalypse-proof' boat, complete with a range of lethal equipment. The former SAS soldier, 51, and TV presenter bought the vessel after considering his own mortality.
Grylls told us that this was not just about personal protection but also about being prepared for any potential catastrophe. His dream is to sail around the world on his trusty boat, armed with a range of deadly weapons from an AR-15 rifle to several machetes and a large knife.
