I don't get why he had to go at Keon Coleman like that . I mean, yeah, the guy hasn't been super productive on the field this year, but you'd think the owner would try to help him out instead of tearing him down in front of everyone. It's like, if Terry wants to make changes around here, he should be doing it behind closed doors not publicly embarrassing one of his players . And now I'm worried about what other players might feel if they hear their colleagues being attacked like that . The Bills need to get their act together and start focusing on building a team that's gonna win, not just tearing each other down
I'm so worried about Keon Coleman ... I feel bad for him, he's got a lot of potential but it seems like he's getting roasted by the owner ... Pegula needs to pick his battles and choose his words more carefully ... what if this is gonna affect the team's morale and players don't wanna come back next season? ... I'm all for a good coach, but burning your young player over the media? that's just harsh ... it's time for Pegula to show some empathy and support for his team ... can't say I agree with him on this one
I'm worried about Keon Coleman right now ... I mean, it's understandable that his performance hasn't been up to par, but you gotta feel bad for him - he was drafted high and is still young. What Pegula said might've come across as harsh, and yeah, maybe Beane deserves some of the blame too, but throwing Coleman under the bus doesn't solve anything . I think it's gonna take more than just tough love to turn this guy around. The Bills are already facing a big offseason overhaul; do they really need to add more drama to it? It's all about finding that balance between holding guys accountable and not burning bridges .
Pegula's burn of Coleman is a big deal. The problem is that it's a young player with immense talent, he just hasn't clicked yet. It's not fair to dump on him like that . And let's be real, if Pegula thinks drafting Coleman was a mistake, maybe they should've handled the situation better from the start . Now the whole team is under scrutiny and it could impact their chances of attracting top free agents in the offseason .
