The whole 'chicken and egg' problem is kinda real... like, if you have a good digital infrastructure in place, it's gonna be way easier for people to access services and get skills training. But at the same time, if you don't have that foundation in place, it's hard to create a thriving digital economy 
. It's all about finding that balance. And I think governments and orgs need to step up their game
