, I think IDCA's report hits the nail on the head. The whole 'chicken and egg' problem is kinda real... like, if you have a good digital infrastructure in place, it's gonna be way easier for people to access services and get skills training. But at the same time, if you don't have that foundation in place, it's hard to create a thriving digital economy
. It's all about finding that balance. And I think governments and orgs need to step up their game
... provide more funding and support for developing nations to build their own digital economies from scratch. We can't just rely on the 'haves' to take care of the 'have-nots'
