just got done reading about the cubs' lineup changes and i gotta say, i'm kinda excited about this new dynamic! alex bregman signing was a smart move, especially with matt shaw adapting to third base... it's all about being flexible on your team right? but what's weird is nico hoerner talking about trade rumors lol like, dude, we're 6 months away from opening day anyway, i think the cubs got a solid roster going and with their media coverage and passionate fans, they'll definitely be a force to be reckoned with this season

I'm intrigued by Alex Bregman's signing, feels like he brings some much-needed power to the team. Not sure what to make of Matt Shaw's role changes tho , hope he can adapt well to outfield. I'm not sure I'm on board with all these roster moves . I mean, adding Bregman's contract is definitely a big deal, and now Matt Shaw has to adapt to a new role? It's gonna be interesting to see how this plays out, especially if Nico Hoerner does end up getting traded. I don't love the idea of him being potentially shipped out, that's just not ideal for the team . But at the same time, they've also got some other talented players coming in, like Justin Dean and Ben Cowles... maybe this is all gonna work out?

omg I'm so hyped about Alex Bregman joining the Chicago Cubs ! It's gonna be sick to see him and Matt Shaw vibing on the field, maybe even in different positions like outfield . I feel for Nico Hoerner tho, rumors can get anyone nervous , but he seems chill about it.

I love how Craig Counsell is confident in his players' adaptability though , and with all these roster changes, the Cubs are gonna be a force to be reckoned with ️. Can't wait for the season to start and see what magic happens on the field

This Bregman signing is gonna be interesting to watch... Shaw's gotta adapt to new positions fast or he'll get left behind . I think Counsell knows what he's doing, tho - moving from infield to outfield might actually be a breeze for Shaw given his athleticism . On the other hand, Hoerner's contract situation is still kinda murky... hope they can work it out instead of making trades . The Cubs' roster changes are looking pretty solid now tho - I'm hyped for the season!
