I mean, come on! Water companies are doing this green bond thingy and it just seems like a big PR stunt at this point. I'm not saying they can't do some good with their investments, but billions of pounds raised from bonds that are basically just a way for them to profit from pretending to be environmentally friendly? It's like, hello! You're still polluting rivers left and right and now you want us to believe you're doing green? Not buying it. And what really gets me is that they're not even being transparent about how their funds are actually being used. That corporate greenwash is a real thing, folks.
