I think this is gonna be super interesting! Erdogan's been in power for ages, but I reckon the HDP might just give him a run for his money . The fact that they're not fielding their own candidate is kinda clever - it lets their supporters choose who they wanna vote for without being seen as backing one person over another .

I'm also low-key impressed by Selahattin Demirtas's conviction, even if he has been stuck in prison for years . It shows that the HDP isn't afraid to stand up for what they believe in, even if it means going against the status quo .

Of course, there are some risks involved - Erdogan might try to paint them as pro-PKK and mess with their chances . But I think the HDP's got a solid game plan in place, and if they can mobilize those Kurdish voters, they'll be unstoppable ! I feel bad for the HDP party and their leader Selahattin Demirtas being in prison for so long. That's not fair at all . But, yeah, it's interesting how they decided not to field a candidate this time around. Maybe it'll work out for them? The Kurdish voters are such an important demographic in Turkey... reminds me of the time I visited Istanbul and saw all these beautiful street art murals in the Kadıköy neighborhood .
