Even smoking a few cigarettes a day drastically increases risk of heart disease

🚭😬 I'm so worried about people who think quitting just means it's okay to go back to smoking in moderation... no way! 🙅‍♀️ Those "just a few" cigarettes a day can still wreak havoc on your heart health and increase mortality risk by 60%! 😱 It's crazy how much damage even occasional tobacco use can do. I think the whole nation needs to come together to support those who are trying to quit or reduce their smoking habits 🤝💪

Smoking is literally like that one toxic ex in your life - it's always gonna come back to haunt you, no matter how much you try to brush it off 🚭💔. I mean, who thought smoking 2-5 cigarettes a day was a good idea? That's just crazy talk! And don't even get me started on those who think they can just quit whenever and still be okay... newsflash: your body is like, "Uh, no thanks, we're good."

And the worst part? It's not even about reducing the number of cigarettes, it's about quitting altogether. I mean, we know that already, but come on! The fact that you can still die from smoking just a few cigarettes a day is wild 🤯. And 30 years to recover? That's like, what, three decades of your life wasted on smoking? No thanks, I'll stick to fresh air and sunshine anytime 😊.
