Everton's women's team just sacked their manager like what happened to them?! 
they were doing okay and then suddenly they're in relegation danger? it's all about the politics at the end of the day... or lack thereof 
i mean come on, a change of direction isn't gonna fix everything... sometimes you need to stick with the same strategy that worked last season 
also, what's up with the assistant coaches leaving too?! was it just the usual churn and change? 
anyway, can only hope Scott Phelan brings some much-needed stability and gets them out of this mess
