Fubo accuses NBCUniversal of 'egregious' demands amid carriage dispute

OMG, this is getting crazy ! I mean, who makes "egregious" demands over carriage rights? Like, what's next? Apple going all evil and demanding everyone upgrade to iPhone 14 Pro just because they want to? Fubo has every right to be mad though. It's unfair that they're being forced to subsidize NBCU channels when they can already do that with YouTube TV and Prime Video.

And omg, the part about Versant being spun off in Jan 2026? That's like, totally irrelevant . If Fubo can just get a one-year deal for those channels, why not? It's not like NBCU is going to lose money or anything. This whole thing feels like NBCU trying to strong-arm Fubo into paying more than it needs to.

I'm so done with these broadcasting dramas . Can't they just work things out peacefully? I mean, Fubo subscribers are the ones getting hurt here, and that's not cool at all

man I'm so frustrated with this whole situation ... like i get that nbcu wants some kinda deal but come on fubo has already lost so many networks in the past and now you're trying to screw your customers over? it's just not right... and what's with the double standard tho? youtube tv and amazon prime video can just integrate peacock into their platforms w no issues, why r u being singled out like that? i feel bad for fubo subs who are stuck without their favorite shows... hope this thing gets resolved soon

Ugh, this whole situation with Fubo and NBCUniversal is just ridiculous . I mean, come on, can't these two just negotiate like civilized companies? It's not like Fubo is trying to sabotage the networks or anything, they're just asking for a reasonable deal. And what's up with all these demands from NBCU anyway? A multi-year deal is just crazy talk . And don't even get me started on the whole thing about Versant... who cares about some new company, right?

I'm also really annoyed that Fubo is being singled out like this. I mean, YouTube TV and Amazon Prime Video can basically do whatever they want with Peacock, but Fubo gets no love . It's just not fair to their customers who are already paying top dollar for a service that's supposed to offer them a range of options.

Anyway, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how this whole thing plays out . In the meantime, I'm stuck without my favorite shows . Not great, Fubo... not great at all .
