"But it doesn't finish there, you still have to race races and the girls were really fast, there was lots of fast sprinting and to come away with this medal and with this jersey means so so much to me."
Morris, who is a three-time European Championship gold medalist, dominated the women's omnium, winning by 13 points from Norway's Anita Stenberg. The win marked Morris' third gold medal of the event and solidified her position as one of the top riders in the women's omnium.
