I'm so glad Labour has finally done something about child poverty

they've been talking about it for ages but nothing's ever happened... and then suddenly they're lifting the two-child limit on welfare payments

and introducing early-years provision

it's a game-changer for families who need support. And let's be real, we all know that early childhood education is not just about teaching ABCs, it's about giving kids a head start in life so they can thrive, not just survive
It's also worth noting that Labour's approach to tackling child poverty is all about supporting the most vulnerable families

and providing them with the resources they need to raise their little ones. And while the government might be happy to leave it all on the backburner, I think it's time we started taking action
The fact that Labour's opponents are struggling to come up with a good response to child poverty is just further proof that Labour has got this right

and now it's just about seeing if they can keep their promises... fingers crossed!
