Haas VF-26: American-owned F1 team become first squad to reveal all-new 2026 car along with updated livery

Haas has unveiled its brand new car for the 2026 F1 season, the VF-26, and along with it, a fresh livery that features Toyota Gazoo Racing as its title sponsor. The American-owned team is the first to reveal images of their 2026 car, which marks the beginning of a new era in Formula One.

The VF-26's design boasts distinctly different front and rear wings compared to last year's generation, resulting in reduced downforce and drag. This change is part of F1's new regulations for the upcoming season, which include updated power units and chassis designs.

Haas driver Oliver Bearman will be joined by Frenchman Esteban Ocon as they tackle the 2026 campaign. The duo is looking forward to a more competitive season, with Bearman excited to return to tracks he has previously driven at, having gained valuable experience during his rookie year.

Team principal Ayao Komatsu praised the team's effort in unveiling the new car early in the season, citing it as a "monumental" achievement. Haas finished eighth in last year's Constructors' Championship but have amassed the second-highest points total in their 10-season history, which bodes well for their chances this year.

Before the Australian Grand Prix on March 8, teams will participate in three separate testing events: one behind-closed-doors event in Barcelona from January 26-30 and two tests in Bahrain from February 11-13 and 18-20. The first practice sessions of the season will take place on Friday 6 March, followed by Qualifying on Saturday 7 March.

The new 2026 regulations aim to promote closer racing, with the removal of DRS being a notable change. F1 fans can look forward to an exciting season as the teams prepare for the opening round in Melbourne.

πŸš— I'm loving the vibe from Haas this year, gotta say! They're really bringing their A-game with that new VF-26 design. The livery looks fresh and I love how they've incorporated Toyota Gazoo Racing as a title sponsor - it's a great partnership!

I'm also stoked to see Oliver Bearman back on the grid, he's got some serious skills behind the wheel. And team principal Ayao Komatsu is totally right about unveiling this car early - it's a big deal and I think it'll give them an edge going into the new season.

The changes to F1 regulations are gonna be interesting to see in action, especially with the removal of DRS. It's gonna make for some closer racing and more exciting moments for fans! 🀩 Can't wait for the Australian Grand Prix on March 8 - it's gonna be a wild ride! 😎

OMG πŸ‘€ I'm loving the new design of the VF-26, it's so sleek and modern πŸš€! The fact that Haas is going first with the new car is a huge advantage for them πŸ’ͺ, they're really showing off their skills right out the gate πŸ”₯. I'm also hyped to see Oliver Bearman back on the track, he's been working hard during his rookie year and it paid off 🏎️! The removal of DRS is gonna make racing way more intense πŸ’₯, can't wait for March 8th in Melbourne πŸŽοΈπŸ‘

OMG 🀯 I'm literally hyped out for this new season!!! The changes in F1 are gonna be so cool! Reduced downforce and drag, yaaas! Less boring racing = more excitement for us fans πŸ’₯ The VF-26's design is looking sick btw πŸš€ Can't wait to see Bearman and Ocon take on the tracks they've done before, it'll be lit! πŸ’ͺ The team effort is giving me all the feels πŸ™Œ Fingers crossed Haas brings home those points again 🀞

I'm telling you, something fishy is going on here 🐟... The new F1 car designs are way too... symmetrical 😏. I mean, what's the point of having a team with Toyota Gazoo Racing as its title sponsor if they're not gonna put some Japanese flair into that design? πŸ€” And have you seen the testing schedule? It's like they want to keep all the excitement under wraps until after the Australian GP... March 8th, right? That sounds way too convenient for them 😏. I'm also wondering why Haas is taking this new approach with their car designs, considering F1's new regulations are already making waves 🌊. This season is gonna be more than just close racing - it's about the big picture πŸ“Ί...

I just got back from the most amazing road trip to California πŸš—πŸŒ„ and I'm still on a high from seeing the sunset over the Pacific Ocean! Anyway, speaking of wheels, have you ever noticed how much more exciting F1 is going to be this season with those new regulations? It's all about closer racing, which means more passing drama and less boring long straights πŸŽοΈπŸ‘€. I'm loving that Haas has already jumped the gun and shown off their new car - Ayao Komatsu must be a genius or something πŸ’‘!

πŸ€” I'm not sure about this new car design, it looks kinda weird. Reduced downforce and drag, huh? That's just gonna make racing slower, if you ask me 😴. And what's up with the new regulations? They're supposed to promote closer racing, but we all know how that goes... πŸ˜’.

I mean, I love F1 as much as the next guy, but these changes sound like a money grab to me πŸ€‘. What's in it for the fans, anyway? More crashes and less passing? No thanks 🚫. And don't even get me started on the title sponsor... Toyota Gazoo Racing? Who thought that was a good idea? πŸ˜‚.

I'm just gonna have to wait and see how this all plays out, but I'm not exactly filled with excitement πŸ€ͺ. Bring on the testing events, let's see if these teams can really deliver πŸš—πŸ’¨.

OMG 😍 the VF-26 looks SO COOL ! πŸš€ I'm hyped about Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon driving for Haas this season, let's see if they can bring home some wins πŸ†! πŸ“ˆ stats say that F1 teams with a strong points total in their history have a 75% chance of finishing in the top 5 constructors' standings πŸ”₯

chart alert πŸ“Š:

2024 vs 2023 - Haas points:
Constrctors' Champ 8th
Points Total 241.5
vs
Constrctors' Champ 10th
Points Total 184.2

πŸš— Did you know that the VF-26's design changes will result in a 12% reduction in downforce and drag 🀯? πŸ“Š this is gonna be an exciting season with closer racing πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨

OMG 🀩 I'm so stoked to see Haas unveil their new car for 2026!!! VF-26 is looking fire πŸ”₯, especially with that fresh Toyota Gazoo Racing livery 😎! Reduced downforce and drag are gonna make for some wild racing battles πŸ’₯. I love how Ayao Komatsu gave props to the team's effort - it's awesome to see their hard work paying off πŸ™Œ. With Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon joining forces, I'm expecting some amazing moments on track 🏎️. Let's get ready for an epic 2026 season, F1 fans are gonna love every minute of it πŸ˜„!

OMG 🀩 I'm so hyped for the new F1 season!!! The Haas team's fresh livery looks fire πŸ”₯ and that VF-26 car design is giving me LIFE πŸ’–! Reduced downforce and drag, yeah, it's all about promoting closer racing, right? 🏎️ And Esteban Ocon joining Oliver Bearman as a teammate is gonna be EPIC 🀩. I'm loving the vibe of this new era in F1! The testing events sound like they're gonna get things ready for an AMAZING season 😁. Can't wait to see what the others come up with, but Haas is definitely giving me some serious hope πŸ’« that it's gonna be a wild ride 🎠

omg i just saw this lol what's with all the changes in f1 this year? like reduced downforce and drag is that bad? πŸ€” i remember watching f1 with my dad when i was a kid and it was always so fast on the straights now they're making it more like racing or something... anyway, i'm kinda excited to see oliver bearman drive again he seems cool 😎 do you think esteban ocon is going to be good with him?

πŸš€ just saw that Haas is kicking off the new F1 season with a bang! πŸŽ‰ The VF-26 looks sick, btw. I mean, those wing changes are gonna make racing more interesting. Did you see the stats on downforce and drag reduction? It's supposed to be around 10% less than last year's gen! πŸ’₯ And can't wait for the new season to start, Ocon & Bearman are gonna have a blast! 🀩 By the way, did you know that F1 teams will lose about $400m in revenue due to the removal of DRS? πŸ€‘

Ugh, the F1 website is such a pain to navigate... anyway, I'm still hyped about Haas's new car tho πŸš€. The VF-26 looks sick! I love how they're pushing the boundaries with their design. Less downforce and drag means it's gonna be a real challenge for the drivers and teams. And yay, Ocon is joining Bearman - I think that duo could make some noise this season 🀞.

I'm a bit disappointed that we didn't get to see the team in person at the launch... maybe they'll make it up to us with some sick content during testing. And can we talk about how F1 is finally listening to its fans? The removal of DRS is a great move - I was getting so tired of all those drivers relying on it πŸ™„.

But seriously, I'm stoked for the new season. It's gonna be intense! Let's get this racing started already πŸ’₯

omg u guys i just saw that haas unveiled their new car for 2026 and it looks SO sleek 😍🏎️ i cant wait to see oliver bearman and esteban ocon out on track this season 🀩 they have the second highest points total in 10 seasons so far which is insane πŸ€‘ i heard ayao komatsu saying that unveiling the new car early was a "monumental" achievement which kinda makes sense considering how much work goes into these cars πŸ’ͺ anyway i'm hyped for the testing events and the fact that they removed DRS is gonna make racing even more intense πŸ’₯ i wish i could get to melbourne for the aussie grand prix 🀞

omg I'm so stoked about the new Haas car! πŸš€ VF-26 is looking fire πŸ’₯ and that livery with Toyota Gazoo Racing is so sick 😎. I love how they're shaking things up with those new wing designs - reduced downforce and drag, yaaas let's see more overtaking action on track 🏎️! And can't wait to see Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon teaming up, they sound like a solid duo πŸ‘«. Fingers crossed Haas takes some real points this season, they've come so far in 10 years πŸ™Œ

looks like haas is finally starting to show some teeth 🦊 after all those years of struggling. their new car looks sleek and the fresh livery with toyota gazoo racing on it is pretty cool 😎. the fact that they're one of the first teams to unveil their 2026 car is a good sign, might actually give them an edge this season πŸ”₯. ollie bearman and esteban ocon are decent drivers, might just do some good for the team 🀞. only thing i'm not sure about is these new regulations, might change things up too much πŸ‘€

Just got my hands on some leaked pics of the new Haas car and gotta say, the design looks fire πŸ”₯πŸ”΄! I mean, who wouldn't want a fresh livery with Toyota Gazoo Racing on it? The new regulations are gonna shake things up for sure - reduced downforce and drag means we're in for a wild ride 😏. I love how Haas is making a big deal about unveiling their car early, it's like they wanna show the competition what they're working with πŸ€”. Ocon and Bearman better be ready to put on a show! πŸ’ͺ

omg, can't wait for the 2026 f1 season πŸš€πŸŽ‰! i'm loving the new regulations that are supposed to make the racing more competitive 😎. less drag and downforce means we might see some crazy overtakes on the track 🀯. haas has always been a team with a lot of heart, so it's awesome they're getting some fresh talent in oliver bearman and esteban ocon πŸ‘. ayao komatsu is definitely onto something with this new car design - it looks sleek and modern πŸ’». i'm just hoping the testing events will be as exciting as the actual races 🀞. march 8th can't come soon enough for me, fingers crossed haas will make some noise in the constructors' championship πŸ†!

I'M SO STOKED FOR THE NEW SEASON! πŸš€ THE VF-26 CAR LOOKS AMAZING AND I LOVE THE FRESH LIVERY WITH TOYOTA GAZOO RACING AS THE TITLE SPONSOR!!! πŸ‘ OLIVER BEARMAN AND ESTEBAN OCON ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST DRIVING FOR HAAS, ESPECIALLY WITH OLMER'S EXPERIENCE FROM LAST YEAR πŸ™Œ. TEAM PRINCIPAL AYAO KOMATSU MUST BE SO PROUD OF THE TEAM'S EFFORTS IN UNVEILING THE CAR EARLY!!! πŸ’ͺ

The VF-26's design looks pretty sleek πŸš€! I'm loving the fresh livery with Toyota Gazoo Racing as the title sponsor - it's definitely giving off some serious racing vibes πŸ”΄. And, gotta say, the reduced downforce and drag on the front and rear wings is a nice touch 😎. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out during the season.

I'm also stoked to see Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon teaming up - they seem like a solid duo πŸ‘«. And Ayao Komatsu's praise for the team's early reveal is well-deserved πŸ’―. Eight eighth in last year's Constructors' Championship was still a pretty solid effort, so I'm hoping they can build on that this season πŸš€.

The new regulations do look promising - less DRS should lead to some seriously close racing 🏎️. And with the first practice sessions just around the corner, it's hard not to get hyped for the Australian Grand Prix 🀩
