‘Happy Valley’ BBC Studios Label Lookout Point Taps ‘Conclave’ Producer Juliette Howell as CEO

🤕 just heard about Lookout Point's new CEO, Juliette Howell, she's got a big shoes to fill taking over drama label after Laura Lankester & Will Johnston left... they were making some awesome shows like Happy Valley & Gentleman Jack 📺 but now it's all on her 😬 plus Tessa Ross is just gonna run House Productions alone, that's gotta be stressful too... hope she can pull off this leadership shift without any major drama 🤯

You know what's crazy? Have you ever tried to make a perfect grilled cheese sandwich 🧀? It's all about the balance between gooey cheese and crispy bread. I mean, who doesn't love a good grilled cheese, right? But seriously, it's like they say: practice makes perfect. My friend Alex just mastered the art of making grilled cheese and now he's always trying new variations with different types of cheese... anyway, back to Lookout Point 🤔

idk why bbc studios is making all these changes 🤷‍♀️ looks like they're just trying to keep up with the times. Juliette Howell's got some big shoes to fill, considering Tessa Ross did a pretty solid job at house productions 👠 but hey, maybe the drama label will finally get some real attention 📺 and not just be stuck on old shows from 2016 lol

🤔 So they're basically saying Lookout Point is getting a fresh face, but what does that mean for the drama label? Is this a power play to take on A24 or are they just trying to keep up with Netflix? I'm not convinced it's about making great shows anymore, it's about who's in charge...and it looks like BBC Studios is playing both sides. 📺

So I'm thinking about BBC Studios' decision to put Juliette Howell in charge of Lookout Point and it's kinda interesting 🤔. They've basically merged House Productions with the existing label, which is already doing pretty well with shows like "Happy Valley" and "Gentleman Jack". It makes sense that they'd want someone with a similar background and track record to step up, especially since Howell's got experience handling both local and international markets. The fact that Tessa Ross is staying on at House Productions as the sole CEO is also good news - it shows BBC Studios is committed to supporting her team. Overall, I think this move could be a win for drama creators and audiences alike 🎥.

🤔 just saw the news about Juliette Howell taking over as CEO of Lookout Point and I gotta say, super excited for their drama label! 💥 they're gonna do some amazing things with that slate of shows from House Productions and existing BBC Studios hits like "Happy Valley" and "Gentleman Jack". 📺 it's all about creating something fresh and new while still honoring what's worked in the past. I'm also loving how Tessa Ross is staying on as CEO of House Productions, she's done incredible work with her company and I trust she'll keep pushing boundaries in the industry. 💪 can't wait to see what Juliette and the team at Lookout Point come up with next!
