Holiday performances fill Stockton’s December schedule

Stockton University's Performing Arts Center is getting into the holiday spirit with a packed December schedule of music, dance, and seasonal shows. The month kicks off on December 7th, when local band The LeeVees take to the main stage for an energetic Hanukkah-themed set. Following that evening's performance, Stockton's annual Holiday Choral Concert gets underway at 7pm, featuring talented singers from various university ensembles.

The following weekend, the campus will be treated to a classic holiday treat with three performances of "The Nutcracker" by the Atlantic City Ballet on December 12th and 13th. There will also be a special student matinee showing on Friday at 10:30am, offering reduced ticket prices for school groups.

In between these festive events, the Bay Atlantic Symphony will present "Sing in the Holidays" on December 14th, featuring soprano Natalie Conte's renditions of "Gesu Bambino" and "O Holy Night." The show also promises several carol sing-alongs to get audiences in the holiday spirit.

To cap off the month, Ed Vezinho & the Jim Ward Big Band will be performing their annual tribute to the music from "A Charlie Brown Christmas" on December 15th. The show takes place at 7:30pm in the Campus Center Theatre, and tickets are available through the box office or online at stockton.edu/pac.

With such a diverse lineup of events, there's something for everyone at Stockton University's Performing Arts Center this holiday season.

I'm totes hyped for Ed Vezinho & the Jim Ward Big Band's tribute to "A Charlie Brown Christmas" on Dec 15th - it's gonna be so much fun!!! 🎄🎅 tickets are selling fast tho, u should grab them ASAP!

omg just found out about the performances at Stockton's PAC this dec 🎄🎅️ they got a Hanukkah theme show with The LeeVees and a Holiday Choral Concert featuring talented singers from the university ensembles! and "The Nutcracker" by the Atlantic City Ballet? that's like, the ultimate holiday treat 🤩 can't wait to grab some hot cocoa and catch these shows 👍 [link to Stockton PAC website](https://www.stockton.edu/pac)

I'm so down for some holiday vibes 🎅️! Reminds me of when I was in college and we used to have those epic holiday concerts on campus... they were always the highlight of my winter break. These events seem super fun, though - a Hanukkah-themed set by The LeeVees? That's a new one! And "The Nutcracker" performances are always magical 🌲. I'm not sure about these carol sing-alongs, but hey, if it gets people in the holiday mood, that's all that matters, right? 😊

This December schedule is gonna be fire! 🎉 I'm hyped to see The LeeVees bringin' that Hanukkah energy to the PAC on Dec 7th. And can't wait for "The Nutcracker" - who doesn't love a good ballet, right? 🤔 But what's really gettin' me excited is the student matinee show of it on Dec 12th, gotta take my niece and nephew there! 😊 The Bay Atlantic Symphony's "Sing in the Holidays" concert looks so pretty too, Natalie Conte's voice is giving me all the feels. And Ed Vezinho & the Jim Ward Big Band's tribute to "A Charlie Brown Christmas" is a great way to cap off the month, brings back so many nostalgic vibes for me 🎶. Stockton PAC never disappoints! 💯

I'm not sure about all these holiday shows... I mean, don't get me wrong, it sounds like they're gonna be super fun and all, but are we really gonna need three performances of "The Nutcracker"? Can't we just have one or two? And what's up with the carol sing-alongs in a symphony show? It feels like an added thing that might not even fit with the rest of the performance 🎄👀

I'm low-key excited about all these holiday shows 🎄, but also kinda worried that some of these events might be super crowded and stressful for the performers. Like, The LeeVees are gonna bring their energy, but they're a local band – do they have the resources to deal with all those enthusiastic fans on opening night? And what about our singers and dancers during the Holiday Choral Concert? Do they get enough prep time or rehearsal space before the big show? 🤔

I'm loving the sound of this December schedule at Stockton University's PAC 🎄🎵! There's something so magical about belting out festive tunes and enjoying a classic ballet performance like "The Nutcracker" on stage 🌟. I also appreciate that they're making it accessible for school groups with the discounted matinee showing – it's a great way to get young people into the holiday spirit 😊. The fact that Natalie Conte is performing in "Sing in the Holidays" makes me super excited too! Who doesn't love some good old-fashioned carols and choir singing? 🎶 It all looks like a really fun and festive month ahead, can't wait to see what's in store 🎅

Ugh, think about it... They're putting on all these "holiday" shows at the same time, right? It's like they're trying to distract us from the real issues... I mean, have you noticed how many "charity" events are happening around this time of year? It's just a smokescreen for something bigger. And what's up with The LeeVees' Hanukkah-themed set? Are they just trying to cash in on the holiday vibes or is there more to it than meets the eye? 🤔🎄

I gotta say, I'm getting chills just reading about all these festive shows! 🎄🎶 I mean, who wouldn't want to belt out some "Gesu Bambino" with Natalie Conte? But seriously, have you ever noticed how weird it is that we only get one major holiday show per university? Like, what's up with the lack of St. Patrick's Day or Kwanzaa celebrations?! 🤔 I'm all for getting into the spirit, but shouldn't we be celebrating a little more? And can someone please tell me where I can cop those affordable school group tickets to "The Nutcracker"?! 👀

December is coming early at Stockton U 🎄👀 I mean, I get it, they want to get people in the mood, but three "Nutcracker" shows? That's like, excessive holiday cheer overload 💤. And what's with the special student matinee showing on a Friday? Don't schools usually have weekends off? 🤔 Also, Natalie Conte is a great soprano and all, but I'd love to see some numbers on how much she gets paid for her performances... transparency, guys! 📊

I find it quite fascinating how we tie ourselves to these external markers of time - holidays - to bring some sense of community and joy into our lives 🎄. It's as if we're trying to recreate a sense of wonder and magic that's often lost in the monotony of daily routine. These performances, from The LeeVees' energetic Hanukkah set to Natalie Conte's beautiful renditions of "Gesu Bambino", serve as a reminder that even amidst our individual struggles, there's beauty to be found in the collective experience 🎵. But what is it about these shared experiences that resonates with us on such a deep level? Is it the nostalgia, the sense of belonging, or something more primal? I think it's all of the above, and more... 💭

🎄 I'm so down for some holiday cheer 🎅! You know what was even better back in my day? We used to have those old-school Christmas concerts where the choir would sing all the classics, like "Silent Night" and "Joy to the World". Nowadays, it's awesome that they're mixing it up with more modern stuff like Hanukkah-themed sets 🎶. I love that The LeeVees are getting in on the action! And can we talk about how great it is to see local bands performing? It's all about supporting the community, you know? 💕 Those "Nutcracker" performances sound so elegant and fancy 🌹. I'm not sure if I'd ever be brave enough to try a carol sing-along, but hey, to each their own! 😂 And Ed Vezinho & the Jim Ward Big Band is bringing back the retro vibes from that classic "Charlie Brown Christmas" special? That's pure nostalgia right there 📺!

December is gonna be lit 🎄🎶 at Stockton University's PAC! I'm loving the mix of music, dance, and classic shows they're putting on. That Hanukkah-themed set by The LeeVees sounds like so much fun 🕊️🎤. And can we talk about how awesome it is that there are reduced ticket prices for school groups during the "Nutcracker" performances? It's great to see the university supporting student groups 📚💖. Natalie Conte's vocals in "Sing in the Holidays" better not give me chills at home 😩. The PAC really knows how to get people in the holiday spirit 🎅️!

lololol what's up with these annual shows 🤣 u think they're gonna make ppl happy with some cheesy holiday tunes & dancing? not buying it 😂 still love the sound of that Atlantic City Ballet tho, can't wait to see "The Nutcracker" on stage 💃🕰️

I'm so down for some festive vibes! 🎄🎶 I love that Stockton University is making the most of the holiday season with all these awesome shows and performances! The Hanukkah-themed set by The LeeVees sounds like a blast, and I'm intrigued by the "Sing in the Holidays" show - Natalie Conte's voice is amazing! 🤩 And who can resist singing along to "Gesu Bambino" or "O Holy Night"? 🎅 It's great that they're offering reduced ticket prices for school groups too - it's always awesome to see more people get involved in the arts! 💖 I'm also excited to see the Atlantic City Ballet perform "The Nutcracker" - I've heard it's a classic for a reason! 😊

omg i'm so hyped!! 😍 they're going to play "Gesu Bambino"?? natalie conte is amazing! i love how they have a student matinee showing too, it's such a great way to bring the community together 🎉 and who doesn't love a good carol sing-along? 🎶 can't wait for the holiday choral concert on dec 7th!!!

December is gonna be lit 💃🏻🎄! I'm hyped to see The LeeVees bring the energy to campus on Dec 7th 🤘! And who can resist a good ol' fashioned Holiday Choral Concert 🎶? I mean, it's not every day you get to hear those talented Stockton students shine their light ✨. "The Nutcracker" is a classic fave of mine, so I'm stoked for the AC Ballet's performances 🌟. Plus, the Bay Atlantic Symphony's "Sing in the Holidays" sounds like the perfect way to unwind with some festive tunes 🎄❤️. And let's not forget Ed Vezinho & the Jim Ward Big Band's Charlie Brown tribute - it's a holiday tradition I'm here for 😊!
