Ugh, can you believe what happened with those NY City juvenile detention centers? Like, I know they've been getting slammed for years over this sexual abuse thing, but it's crazy that it took so long for the law to catch up 
. I mean, decades of kids being abused and nobody doing anything about it is just heartbreaking. And then that judge throws out half of the lawsuits because of some tiny technicality? Like, what even is that? 
But you know who's the real heroes here? The survivors like Austin and Jason, they're finally getting a chance to seek justice and hold those perpetrators accountable

this law is not just about justice 4 the past but future protection 4 all kids in these centers let's keep pushing 2 make sure these facilities are held accountable 
this is so sad its outrageous that kids had to go through what they did and be made to suffer for years after just trying to survive...

, thank god the law was passed but like, so many kids suffered so much in silence
