This case is just heartbreaking . I mean, can you even imagine waiting for like 10+ years for your abuser to get some sort of justice? It's like, totally unacceptable that it took this long to get to the point where someone got charged 
. And all these poor victims out there who are still waiting for their cases to be investigated and given some sort of resolution... it's just so frustrating 
.I think we need to seriously re-examine our justice system and figure out how we can improve it for people like Rachel and the thousands of others who've been through this
. It's not just about training more officers or doing better background checks, but also about making sure that victims are actually receiving the support they need during this whole process 
.I mean, I get that stuff is complicated and there are a lot of moving parts, but we can't keep putting it off
. We need to prioritize justice for these people and make some real changes ASAP 
. Delayed justice isn't justice at all, you know? 
it's just not fair to people who've already been through enough. we need reform ASAP and better training for the police 
and courts
