I'm kinda surprised by both sides of the story here... It's like Solomon and Fulop are playing different versions of reality TV . On one hand, you got Solomon saying he's being left with a massive deficit and that Fulop was "deceptive" with the finances . But on the other hand, Fulop is denying any wrongdoing and saying that Jersey City was actually doing okay during his time in office . And what really throws me off is that Solomon's own vote record is kinda shaky... if he voted against the budget but still approved a ton of contracts, how can he blame it on Fulop? Anyway, I guess only time will tell who's telling the truth and how they're gonna fix Jersey City's finances
Omg can't believe Fulop is already throwing shade at Solomon lol just a week after taking office I mean if you're gonna take the high road Fulop why bring up the deficit? It's like he's expecting people to just forget about it and move on...Newsflash, dude: this isn't a game of basketball, some ppl are trying to fix a real problem And btw, Solomon at least has the guts to acknowledge he made some questionable decisions during his time on council He's showing leadership by taking responsibility for the mess Fulop left him with
