man this guy brugnara is like the ultimate example of how not to handle a situation . i mean you're trying to make some quick cash off pandemic-relief scams and then you go and erect a fence on a public beach to block people from accessing it? that's just crazy talk! it's like he thinks he's above the law or something .
and now he's threatening people with violence? that's just not okay. i feel bad for the couple who had to deal with him, but at the same time, i'm like why didn't they report this stuff sooner? shouldn't we have a better system in place to catch these kinds of folks before it gets out of hand?
