man this whole thing is all about priorities i think we're so caught up in trying to cut costs and save cash that we forget about the people who need help the most. like, what's 20% of court sitting time really gonna do for someone who's already struggling with a lengthy backlog? meanwhile, the system as a whole is still broken because it hasn't gotten the investment it needs 🤔
