Los Angeles' beloved Hotel Café is set to close its doors for good, but the venue is giving fans one final chance to shine in a charity showcase. The intimate venue, located on Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, has been a hub for up-and-coming artists and musicians for 25 years.
The farewell event will take place on January 29, featuring an impressive lineup of emerging talent including Em Beihold, Love Spells, Carlie Hanson, Niki Rubio, Debbii Dawson, Victoria Canal, and special guests. The showcase is being presented by OnesToWatch, a platform that has helped launch the careers of numerous artists who have previously performed at Hotel Café.
The event will also raise funds for the mental health organization Backline, which provides vital support to music industry professionals, creatives, and their families. Proceeds from the event will be split between Hotel Café itself and Backline, demonstrating a commitment to giving back to both the venue's community and the industry as a whole.

it's been a staple in la music scene for 25 years and it's crazy that they're already planning to reopen in 2027 like is everything gonna be okay or are we just gonna lose another piece of our city's history 
it's like they're taking away a part of my heart but i know it has to be done for them to reopen in 2027 with an even better location
