Michigan Youth Advocate Jim Tuman Dies at 84

OH MY GOSH, I'M SO SAD TO HEAR ABOUT JIM TUMAN'S PASSING 😢 HE WAS SUCH A BEYOND-AMAZING PERSONALITY WHO LEFT AN INDEPHIBLE MARK ON THE LIVES OF MILLIONS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ACROSS MICHIGAN AND BEYOND!!! 🌟 HIS LEGACY WILL DEFINITELY LIVE ON THROUGH THE MANY PROGRAMS, INITIATIVES, AND ORGANIZATIONS HE CREATED TO HELP EMPOWER YOUNG PEOPLE AND BUILD BRIDGES BETWEEN DIFFERENT BACKGROUND 🤝.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT JIM TUMAN WAS THAT HE HAD A GENUINE PASSION FOR MAKING A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF OTHERS, AND HE DIDN'T JUST STOP AT SPEAKING ABOUT IT - HE ACTUALLY PUT HIS MONEY WHERE HIS MOUTH WAS 🤑. FROM FOUNDEDING JIMMY'S KIDS TO DEVELOPING PROGRAMS LIKE DIALOGUE AND BEING OTHER CENTERED, HE WAS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON HIS COMMUNITY.

I THINK IT'S SO IMPORTANT THAT WE LEARN FROM JIM TUMAN'S EXAMPLE AND CONTINUE TO CARRY FORWARD HIS LEGACY IN OUR OWN LIVES 🌈. LET'S KEEP WORKING TOWARDS BUILDING A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO THRIVE, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE OR WHERE THEY COME FROM 💖.
 
💔 this is what i'm thinking about... jim tuman might've left us physically but his spirit of service & compassion lives on in the countless lives he touched 🌟 and I'm reminded that our work in making a difference isn't about seeking recognition or fame, it's about leaving an indelible mark that keeps shining long after we're gone 💫

💔😢 what a loss 😢💔 he was like a superhero to all those kids and families 🤝🌎 especially in southwest detroit where he was so active 🙏🏼 his work on mental health, poverty & empathy building was SO Ahead of its time 🕰️👍 & still is 💯 26 acts of kindness was such a beautiful way to respond to tragedy instead of just talking about it 🤝💖 jim tuman will be deeply missed by all who knew him & the many lives he touched ❤️
