I'm like totally gutted about Dr Pazdur leaving the FDA . He was literally one of the good guys in a sea of chaos . Makary's plans just seem so... rushed . I mean, what's the hurry to cut corners on public health? It's not like we need some fancy new commissioner to fix everything . Pazdur might've been a stabilizing force, but it looks like he couldn't withstand the pressure . I'm just hoping someone else comes in who shares his values and can help keep things steady . The whole thing is just so... frustrating .

the fda thing is getting crazy ... i mean dr pazdur was like the voice of reason but now he just up and quits ... it's all because of commissioner makary's plans to speed up approvals, which pazdur thought was a bad idea . i get it, you wanna help people who need meds faster, but don't you think that means sacrificing some quality control? ... and what's with the career scientists being excluded from certain processes? doesn't seem right to me ... anyway, pazdur was supposed to be a stabilizing force at the fda after all the drama during the trump admin ... now it looks like he just couldn't handle makary's antics . guess we'll just have to wait and see what else happens next
