MOTD analysis: Will Spurs Thomas Frank and Palace's Oliver Glasner see the season out?

Tottenham Manager Thomas Frank and Crystal Palace Boss Oliver Glasner Face Uncertain Futures as Season Draws to a Close.

The Premier League season is entering its final stretch, with Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank and Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner facing uncertain futures at their respective clubs. As the teams continue to struggle in the league table, there are growing concerns that Frank and Glasner may not be able to see out the rest of the campaign.

Frank has been under intense scrutiny after a string of disappointing results, with many questioning his tactics and team selection. The pressure is mounting on him to get results, but it remains to be seen whether he can turn things around before the season ends. There have been whispers that Frank's job may be at risk if Tottenham fails to pick up points in their remaining fixtures.

Meanwhile, Glasner has also faced criticism from fans and pundits alike for his poor form. Palace are struggling to stay above the relegation line, and many believe that Glasner's tenure is coming to an end. However, like Frank, Glasner still has a few months to prove himself and turn things around before it's too late.

Both managers have shown flashes of brilliance in the past, but their inability to replicate those successes consistently is starting to raise concerns about their long-term viability at their clubs. As the season draws to a close, it remains to be seen whether Frank and Glasner can get back on track or if they will ultimately pay the price for their poor form.

One thing is certain - both managers have a lot of work to do if they want to see out the rest of the campaign without facing any further criticism. The clock is ticking, and it's going to be a battle to prove themselves before it's too late.

I'm not surprised to see these two managers under fire 🤔. It's like, you can't get away with mediocrity in football anymore, right? 😂 I mean, come on, they've been here for years and still can't seem to get it together. The pressure is real, but at the same time, they need to step up their game if they want to save their jobs.

It's interesting that people are already talking about them leaving, though 🤷‍♂️. It's like, let's see what happens before we write each other off, you know? Maybe they just need a bit of a shake-up or some fresh blood in the squad. That's usually how it goes down, right?

I'm not buying into all the rumors and speculation, though 🙄. Until one of them puts their money where their mouth is and makes some real changes, I'll be keeping my powder dry 👊. It's gonna be an interesting last stretch of the season, that's for sure ⚽

I feel bad for these two gents 🤕. They're under so much pressure from fans, pundits, and even the board, but you know what? We've all been in their shoes at some point. I mean, who hasn't had a rubbish week with their team or made a dodgy decision on the pitch? The thing is, these lads are still getting paid to do their jobs, and that's gotta count for something 💸.

Tottenham and Palace need stability, and if Frank and Glasner can just steady the ship a bit, maybe they'll get another chance to prove themselves. I'm not saying it's going to be easy, but these managers have shown us what they're capable of before, so let's give 'em a break 😊. After all, we all make mistakes, even the top gaffers 🤦‍♂️.

I think it's kinda crazy that people are already doubting these managers after one bad patch! 🤔 I mean, we've all been there, right? We've had games where things just didn't go our way and we felt like screaming at the screen... but we stick by our teams and coaches, you know?

Thomas Frank and Oliver Glasner have both got some amazing experiences under their belts - Frank's led Spurs to a Europa League final and Glasner took Palace to the Carabao Cup final! 💪 So, yeah, it's natural that they'd be facing pressure, but let's not count them out just yet! 🌟

man... these managers gotta step up their game 🤯💪 or else they'll be sleeping with the fishes 🐟😂. tottenham & palace are both in a tough spot atm, but frank & glasner have shown us what they're capable of before, so let's see if they can get back to that 🔥 level of performance. it's gonna be a nail-biter till the end of the season 🕰️🔴

🤔 I'm not sure what the Spurs fans are looking for from Frank at this point, he's been in charge for 3 years now and they've never finished higher than mid-table under him. Maybe it's time for them to bring in a new face? 🤷‍♂️ And as for Glasner, I think Palace need to give him more support, their squad isn't exactly loaded with talent. He's been coaching in Germany before so maybe he needs some German players now 😊

I gotta wonder, what happened to these managers? I mean, we've all seen some ups and downs in football, but this seems like a pretty big downswing. 🤔

Frank's been doing okay for a while now, but then you get a few bad results and suddenly the whole world is talking about his head job. I get it, you gotta perform, but it feels like he's under an awful lot of pressure.

And Glasner? He's just not getting it done, man. Palace are struggling to stay up, and people are losing patience. But here's the thing - we can't forget that these guys have had some great moments in the past. They're still capable of putting together a good game or two.

The question is, will they be able to get back on track before it's too late? I mean, we only got a few months left in the season, so the clock is definitely ticking. But at the same time, we gotta give them some credit - they're still trying, even if things aren't going their way right now. 🕒

The Premier League is really testing these managers now 🤔. I mean, both Frank and Glasner have been in this position before, but it's one thing to bounce back after a tough patch and another to do it consistently over the course of a whole season ⏰. The pressure on them must be immense, with fans, players, and sponsors all expecting results 🤯. It'll be interesting to see how they handle the stress and try to turn things around before it's too late 💥.

dunno why ppl are so hard on frank n glasner like they're not gettin good results lol 😂 tottenham & palace are strugglin but u gotta remember the teams ain't performin as a whole not just the managers 🤷‍♂️ it's all about the squad n the players, n maybe even the coaches in general 🤔 i think frank 'n glasner still got a few tricks up their sleeve 🔮 they've both shown good form before & u can't write ppl off that easily 💁‍♀️

🤔 come on! can't we just let them try for one more game? 😩 2 seasons is not that long, u can't just sack ppl like this. i mean what even is the criteria for getting sacked anyway? like 5 losses and ur out? 🚫 they gotta give dem a chance to turn it around, ur fans r behind dem no matter wut

I feel bad for these two managers, been in tough spots before but now it's getting intense 🤔. Tottenham needs someone who can turn things around ASAP or their season will be ruined 💔. Frank's still got some tricks up his sleeve tho, he was doing alright last season so maybe he just had a rough start this year ⚡️. On the other hand, Palace is in a tough spot and if they don't pick up some wins soon they're done for 🤯. Glasner needs to make some changes ASAP or it's gonna be a long summer for him 😬. Both managers have got their work cut out for them now...

I'm telling ya, these two managers are in a tight spot 🤯! Frank and Glasner have been in this league for years, but they're having some major identity crisis right now 😩. I mean, what went wrong? They were doing so well, and then suddenly their teams just tanked ⚽️. I'm not saying it's all on them - the players gotta step up too 🤦‍♂️. But if they can't turn this around in like 5 games or so, they're gonna be on the hot seat 🔥. It's gonna be a wild ride for Tottenham and Palace fans until the end of the season 😅.

omg what's with all these football managers gettin fired left and right 🤣 anyway i was thinkin about that new food truck at the stadium they got some crazy menu items like fried chicken and waffles idk if it's gonna work but i'm down to try it out 😂

I'M GETTING SO SICK OF THESE MANAGERS NOT BEING ABLE TO PULL OFF A GOOD SEASON!!! 🤯🏆 IT'S LIKE THEY'RE WAITING FOR THE OTHER SHOE TO DROP, YOU KNOW? THOMAS FRANK HAS BEEN AT SPURS FOR YEARS NOW AND YET HE STILL CAN'T GET THEM TO WIN SOME BLOODY MATCHES! OLLIE GLASNER ISN'T DOING MUCH BETTER OVER AT PALACE 🤦‍♂️. BOTH OF THESE GUYS NEED TO SHAPE UP FAST OR THEY'LL BE PACKING THEIR BAGS BY THE END OF THE SEASON!!! ⏰

🤔 these two managers gotta turn their teams around pronto 🚨 or else... tottenham's been having some issues with possession football 😴 and palace just can't seem to score goals 💔 frank & glasner both had good runs in the past, but consistency is key now. it's not all on them tho, the players gotta step up too 👊

🤔 think frank needs to shake things up, doesn't need all those players he's been playing all season... maybe time for some youth to get in 👀

The Premier League drama never ends, does it? 🤣 I mean, who knew having 11 guys on a pitch could be so complicated? 😂 Thomas Frank and Oliver Glasner are like the comedy duo of the season – one's getting roasted by fans and pundits, and the other's trying to stay out of the spotlight without tripping over his own feet. 🤦‍♂️ But seriously, can we just get these guys some coffee and a quiet room to think about their tactics for once? The team's performance is like my cousin's excuses for not helping with chores – always blaming someone else or making up random reasons! 😜

idk why ppl r so quick 2 write off frank n glasner already... u think its easy being in charge of a team? they've got players who wanna slack off & fans who r always on their case 🤷‍♂️... i mean yeah, theyve made mistakes but we dont no the whole situation. maybe give 'em a few more games 2 turn things around 👊

🤔 I'm starting to think that these managers are in trouble. Tottenham has been struggling all season and Frank's tactics aren't working out 🚫. Palace is on the brink of relegation and Glasner can't seem to get them right ⬇️. It's like they're stuck in neutral, you know? 😐 They both had promising starts but now it's just about surviving until the end of the season. Can Frank and Glasner really turn things around? 🤞 I don't think so. Time is running out for these guys... ⏰

I'm not surprised to see these two top managers under pressure 🤔. It's been a tough season for both Tottenham and Crystal Palace, and the expectations are high. Frank's tactics have come under scrutiny, and it'll be interesting to see if he can adapt and get results from his team. I think what's worrying me is that these managers were once seen as bright prospects in English football, but now they're struggling to deliver 💔.

I'm not ready to write them off just yet 🙅‍♂️. Both Frank and Glasner have shown flashes of brilliance in the past, and it's possible that a change in tactics or team dynamics could turn things around for them. However, if they don't see some significant improvement before the season ends, their jobs might be on the line ⏰.

It'll be interesting to watch how both clubs' boards handle this situation 👀. Do they give these managers another chance to prove themselves, or do they look elsewhere? I think it's time for them to take a closer look at their teams and make some adjustments 📊.
