This is so messed up I mean, who creates this stuff? The fact that AI can be used to generate CSAM is like something straight outta a bad thriller movie . We need stricter regulations and companies need to take responsibility for their platforms. Like, if they're gonna let people use their tech to create CSAM, they should have to own up to it. I'm also glad some countries are taking this seriously, like Denmark . The Raise Act in New York is a good start, but we need more concrete laws ASAP . Parents and schools need to keep talking about this stuff too, especially the "Stranger Danger" lessons from back in the day . We can't just sit back and let this happen. Young people deserve better
this is getting out of hand... how can AI be made to learn from some legit data sources if the dark web exists ? it's like saying we need better locks on our houses after someone just broke in... meanwhile, companies are playing a game of cat & mouse with regulators . i think the most important thing is for people to wake up and demand change , we need laws that protect kids' images and voices, not just some token legislation
